I was very satisfied and I recommend it in combination with a diet, at least for me it had very good results
Within a month, I only lost 4 kilos. I expected a greater weight loss because I already exercise. With the specific diet I follow, when I want to lose weight, I roughly lose kilos even without this specific supplement combined with exercise.
