I highly recommend it! I use it to keep my baby's milk warm and even after 2 hours it is just like when I put it in!

It keeps the milk and anything else at the right temperature for hours. Extremely useful for outings!!

It doesn't hold the temperature remarkably well, however it helps somewhat in keeping it a little longer than if you had the bottle completely plain. It also helps with transportation to prevent the bottles from breaking (I have glass ones).
