Beneficial product, I have been taking it for a long time, it really helps with simple but also difficult (like mine) cases of stomach problems: heartburn, reflux, indigestion, etc. One a day, usually after lunch, is enough.

It does its job excellently (Personal opinion). The stomach disorders (heartburn, burning) that used to bother me for a while have stopped. I used to use Nexium as a treatment for anyone who knows. At least with mastic, I'm okay without taking medication.
