It helped me a lot, but the (now dysfunctional) anxiety is a problem that requires multifaceted management. The rescue remedy doesn't work magic (like no other supplement/medication, etc.). I combined it with homeopathy and saw a significant change in the way I managed it. My homeopath also told me that essentially you don't wait for panic to hit you and then rush to fix it. You use the remedy in a timely manner and as a preventive measure (not that it doesn't help in a crisis, but why wait for it to hit you first?). Also, I trusted a psychologist, which in my opinion made the biggest difference in the whole anxiety situation, but again homeopathy and meditation were a must for me; I wouldn't leave either of the two out. It also helped me that I read books on anxiety/psychology, etc.
Edit: the price has increased a lot for this specific product. I consider it a significant cost to want 40 euros essentially for two 20 ml bottles, in the times we live in. This is a huge downside, and I will not be buying this product from now on as long as these conditions prevail. You will see that the prices in the "price evolution" start from 15 euros (option "all"). In Greece, when the remedy first came, my doctor told me it was 5 euros. In many natural pharmacies, you can find the small 7ml bottle at the price of 20 euros (!!!). Really expensive. Sorry, but what it does for this price is not justified. The fact that there is demand does not mean that the product is irreplaceable, but that the mental health of everyone is in crisis, and this is something that anyone wanting to sell their products should respect. Finances are one of the main sources of stress; it is contradictory for a product aimed at reducing stress to stress you out over the price.

It's not bad and it helps with concentration/relaxation of the brain, but not enough for me to say that I would buy it again. The best thing about it is that it can be used multiple times throughout the day. It should be noted that it has a strong alcohol taste (as the content is 27%).
