It helps in moments of anxiety and panic, it calms you down, it may also be a placebo, but you feel like you can manage some things better.

It helped me a lot, but (dysfunctional now) anxiety is a problem that requires comprehensive management. The rescue remedy doesn't work miracles (like any other medication, etc.). I combined it with homeopathy and saw a great change in the way I managed it. My homeopath also told me that essentially you don't wait for panic to strike and then try to fix it. You use the remedy in a timely manner and as a preventive measure (not that it doesn't help in a crisis, but why wait for it to happen first?). Additionally, I trusted a psychologist, which in my opinion made the biggest difference in the whole anxiety story, but again, homeopathy and meditation were a must for me, I wouldn't leave out either of the two. It also helped that I read books about anxiety/psychology, etc.

Since I started using it, my hands have stopped shaking and my stomach no longer feels queasy every time I am emotionally stressed. I just have to remember to do 2 sprays at that moment.

It's not bad and it helps with concentration/relaxation of the brain, but not enough for me to say that I would buy it again. The best thing about it is that it can be used multiple times throughout the day. It should be noted that it has a strong alcohol taste (as the content is 27%).
