In the 16 months of use, disconnections started happening and it keeps getting worse. I was very satisfied with their capabilities and application in the first year, but lately they disconnect either one of the two or both, or the sound cuts out while the device is 1 to 2 meters away, whether it's a mobile, PC, or MacBook. Every day it gets worse. With the mobile now, they need to be at a short distance and not in the pocket to avoid losing the signal. It's a shame for their price if they have such a short lifespan.

Update 2024-12-01: It seems that if you delete them from the devices and pair them again from scratch, it fixes the problem.

I have had the headphones for about 5 months, they are excellent with very good bass and sound for their price. So far, there is no complaint from my interlocutor and I have spoken with a lot of air, very comfortable in fit, durable (they have fallen countless times and their performance is still flawless), they connect to Xiaomi note 10 pro before I even put them in my ear. I bought them from the official site, there was a little wait but it was worth it in the end.

Very good sound quality during music playback, terrible microphone and even worse build quality. One earphone died after 6 months of light to moderate use.
