Remaining Time Indicator
The Davoline DRWD 8000 tumble dryer features an LED display that shows the remaining time for the selected drying cycle. To view the remaining time, follow these steps:
- Turn on the tumble dryer and select the desired drying cycle.
- Press the "Start/Pause" button to start the drying cycle.
- As the drying cycle progresses, the LED display will show the remaining time in minutes.
- If you need to interrupt the drying cycle or change the settings, press the "Start/Pause" button again.
It is important to note that the remaining time may vary depending on the load of clothes and their moisture level.
Child Lock
The tumble dryer features a safety lock function that prevents the interruption of the program flow when buttons are pressed during a program. When the safety lock is activated, all buttons on the panel are disabled except for the Power On/Off/Program Selection rotary button.
Filter cleaning indicator
It features a filter cleaning indicator to remind you that it is necessary to clean the filters to maintain the performance of the device.
Program Monitoring
On the screen that the tumble dryer has, it displays the information of the current drying cycle. This screen shows the remaining time for the completion of the drying cycle, the temperature, and the selected drying setting.

First of all, I would like to mention that I bought it without finding reviews from other buyers and without knowing the brand. Later on, I found out that it has been on the market for years. I wanted a dryer for a long time but I had a small budget, so I took a risk and probably won.
Next, I have used it three times so far and everything went well and I can't wait to tell you.
* Bed sheets. 4 double bed sheets and 8 pillowcases. I folded them and put them inside. The initial time was 3 hours but it finished in 1:45. Everything was dry from edge to edge!
* Thick work jeans (5 pieces) in the jeans program. It took about 2 hours because I don't remember exactly when I put them in. The clothes were dry everywhere except for 2 pockets with buttons that were slightly damp.
* Thin t-shirts and shirts (many pieces) were dry in about 2 hours. I folded them warm and there were no wrinkles.
All on level 1 (lowest)!!!
Well, I have never had a dryer before so I can't compare. But my comments so far are as follows:
1. Huge drum with light.
2. Audible end notification (I would like it a bit louder).
3. Many programs.
4. Double door filter. Easy cleaning after each use, either by hand or electrically. However, I would like the second one to fit better in the slot because it seems like hair and lint pass through, but I mention it as a concern and not as a problem.
5. Removes pet hair (2 CATS).
6. Soft and fragrant clothes. I can't wait to see the towels!
7. It needs space with sufficient ventilation, as it emits warm air with humidity.
8. Beautiful.
9. Maybe a downside is the water collector, which is like a drawer (similar to the washing machine) and is not connected to a drain. But it is easy to remove and insert.
10. It has three + + + old category, so I imagine it is economical (I don't know how to analyze kilowatts and such scientifically).
Anyway, it gives me dry clothes, FREE from CAT HAIR, which was the reason for the purchase. Maybe I will add more in the future!

3 stars for the following reasons:
1) In the first year of operation, its performance dropped to the point where after 3 hours the clothes were still damp. It needed to go for service (under warranty - they came, took it, brought it back - I didn't pay a dime), where it was done as they told me: "cleaning of the pump and condenser as well as cleaning of the filter from detergent residue," and after that, its performance returned to normal. How long it will last, we will see. I should note that we have it and it works on the balcony.
2) It makes noise.
3) Regardless of energy class, etc., you will see the electricity bill rise significantly if you completely eliminate the drying racks.
On the positive side:
1) The clothes, especially the towels, become fluffy.. I have no words.
2) The towel will not become "stiff" because you dried it in the sun.
3) Although it works on the balcony, the clothes do not smell of exhaust.
4) My wife loved it.
5) Whether it's cold or raining, the clothes will dry.
-> Update after almost 2 years of operation (minus 1 star):
Its performance dropped again, and it needed to go back to the dealer for cleaning the heating element because in this dryer the element is accessible for cleaning only from the front, while in other more expensive dryers I have seen that the entire element can be removed for user cleaning. On the positive side, I didn't pay anything for the second cleaning because it was under warranty. After the cleaning, it works like new again.

A very good dryer, it only needs a plug. Since the day I got it, I use it almost daily. Even though it is 8 kg, I put a wash from a 10 kg washing machine on the appropriate program and choose the longest duration to dry everything. I have it on the balcony, so I don't hear it much while it works; of course, if you are next to it, you can hear it, but less than a washing machine. It cleans easily; you empty the water container like in a dehumidifier, and inside there is a compartment that collects lint. There is a tool that has a brush on one end, so it cleans this compartment more easily. The only negative I would say is that the program for woolens doesn't dry them well enough.

It's excellent!!! It doesn't bunch up the clothes, it dries them completely, it doesn't wrinkle, it collects hair and lint, and they are so fluffy!! I usually put 4 to 5 kilos of mixed clothes on the jeans program, and in 2 hours it's ready. The clothes are spun at 1000 RPM. I put everything (underwear, hoodies, fleece, jeans, variations) with the appropriate program. As for the consumption, I measured it on the jeans program, 4 kilos of clothes, at low dryness 0.9 kWh. Nothing at all!!! Cleaning is very easy. And it's almost silent; I have it in the storage room, though. I would like it to weigh the clothes and have a program for towels or a mix of clothes.... however, it is a very good choice!!

6 kilograms of clothes that went into the washing machine at 1200 RPM dried sufficiently in the eco program within an hour and a half. The consumption ranges around 0.8-0.9 kWh. At current electricity prices, that means 0.2 euros. With at least double the cost and quadruple the time, we needed before with the dehumidifier. A winner in terms of time for hanging and gathering clothes. Unfortunately, the dryer has now become a necessary luxury for families with children.

This particular one is really quiet and dries clothes much faster compared to the Whirlpool 9kg that I had, with no significant difference in capacity except for the narrow entrance. An important detail is that it has the humidity sensor accessible for cleaning from lint, for proper and energy-saving operation. The double filter does a good job, and I also added an additional simple filter externally to prevent any lint from going into the heating element - compressor. It also does not release humidity in the bathroom like other dryers. Recommended

I mix cotton with synthetic fabrics and everything will dry uniformly, with some special exceptions for garments with 3 or more layers of fabric where the areas with the extra layers will still be slightly damp (if you leave them on a chair, they will dry within a few hours).I have never had a dryer before this one and reading reviews made me realize that it needs some maintenance (mainly for lint and water drainage).
Because I have little trust in automation (e.g. devices that automatically clean lint), I looked for a device that allows you to have full control of its maintenance, so that I can keep it clean and always have the best performance.During drying, the device produces a lot of steam as it dries the clothes, so I would advise placing it in a bathroom or a well-ventilated area. If it is placed in a basement or a closed space, make sure to install some ventilation (e.g. a toilet fan) so that it can expel the additional steam.

Especially for the money, even if I have no previous experience with dryers, I can confidently say that it is perfect!
Quite quiet, a slight noise when the pump "gives" (I suppose), but no annoyance at all. It sounds much less, for example, than the washing machine when the drum rotates (we're not even comparing it to the spin cycle, of course...).
The results were not as expected as described by all dryer manufacturers (wrinkle-free and with a wonderful smell), because I had asked many people who already had a dryer.
However, it is in very good condition and has a pleasant smell.
Especially if I compare it to the smell of mold that I often got because I had to hang clothes inside the house... I have also reduced the humidity inside the house significantly because I no longer have to hang clothes inside.
Its programs are more than enough, the time it takes is much less than what it says (it is much longer than my washing machine, so I don't fill it up) and it has a very good trick that continues to rotate the drum every now and then for a couple of turns, if the program finishes but you don't close it.

I have placed it on top of the washing machine without a special base and it's fine (the washing machine is properly adjusted on the floor and doesn't move even at 1600 rpm). The clothes I usually dry are around 4 kilos dry and spun at 1200 rpm, and I put them in the synthetic program for storage. I have also put 6 kilos of clothes, but they were a bit tight and got a little wrinkled. It consumes 0.55 kWh for 4 kilos and 1.2 kWh for 6 kilos. Different program, of course. I will measure the other programs and will come back.

Let's start with the fact that it is incredibly economical. The maximum it reaches is 800 watts. For everyday drying, it will consume approximately 1 kWh.It dries clothes perfectly and leaves them smelling fresh. It doesn't wrinkle at all.
The sensors do a wonderful job and adjust the drying time according to the remaining moisture in the clothes.A variety of programs.
I put clothes that shouldn't go in the dryer and they didn't suffer any damage.
The best part was when I took a risk and put my sports shoes in. I chose the wool program and they came out great!The build quality is simple but worth the price I bought it for (399€).
