It has tested my patience with both the service and the extractor hood. In the 2 years, the service has come 5 times. Once they came and changed the board, but after 1 week, the same issues happened again. They told me I need to call someone to remove it, so I paid €50 to have it removed. I brought it to their place because it would take them 3 days to come. They changed 2 boards, I brought it back for installation, and again the same problems occurred. They changed the touch panel, and after 1 month of waiting for the spare part, they changed the glass. Enough is enough! I paid €100 for them to install and remove, and I didn't even get a new extractor hood. If you see it, it's Neff. I will never buy from your group again. Stay away from this group; you may have polite gentlemen who come to the house, but you also have service people who don't know what they're doing in your workshop
After not even 2 years of use, the touch stopped working despite many communications with the company and their service... and the replacement of the second hood they sent me, which also does not have a working touch, I will make a change; not only will I leave Neff, but I will leave the entire group as they themselves advised me.
