It looks very impressive in the photos, but if you want to use your smart band as such, you can't trust it because it doesn't have a good fit on the wrist at all.
The white material that surrounds the screen looks detached from the rest of the fabric strap.
It has been mentioned in other reviews as well, the adjustment of the put on and take off is a torture.Invest this money in getting different colors and not this particular one.

Terrible quality, it broke the first time I tried to wear it. Although the fabric looks nice, the quality of the clasp that adjusts the length from the strap is awful. It broke randomly and the strap detached from the plastic. Unacceptable product.

It is quite soft, just as you see it in the photo, and it doesn't bother at all when you wear it.
