I bought it because I needed something larger than the common wireless mice since my hands are quite large.
It has been very convenient for me and does not tire me. The response is quick, and the buttons are silent and placed in the right spot.
It connects either via Bluetooth or through the dongle included in the package.
It works perfectly for two years now. I have never changed the battery, it is at 40%. I have it connected only via Bluetooth, and always on a mousepad.
Very good size and absolutely ambidextrous mouse with truly silent central buttons of minimal and very soft travel that allow for hours of use with very small and no force movements of the two fingers. The same does not apply to the side buttons, which have the sound and hardness of almost a classic mouse, but again with minimal travel. Perhaps the truly infinitesimal travel and the silence of the central buttons may confuse the user at first or, because the buttons do not have the resistance we expect from classic mice, there may be a sense of ambiguity and unintentional clicks may occur. I recommend it for spaces or tasks where maintaining a low noise level is required, but I would suggest trying the feel of the central buttons before purchasing. In terms of movement accuracy and scrolling ease, it is very satisfactory on various surfaces (wood, MDF, felt, acrylic), combining the right weight with quite good ergonomics of its surfaces. Although theoretically the "L" is of standard size, in practice it is a bit smaller and, in my opinion, can easily be used for a laptop. I do not yet have an opinion on battery life, as I have only been using it for 20 days for 10 hours without, however, having any indication of a drop in voltage so far. It certainly does not compete with Logitech's MX Master series, but in my opinion, the quality of the materials and its assembly more than justifies its price (~35 euros).
Awesome mouse. Completely silent, so much that you wonder if it’s working or not. I’ve put copy paste on the sides and it has helped me tremendously. I don’t see a reason to spend more money. Kudos to Logitech.
Excellent, no connectivity issues, the battery lasts. I don't see any lag in the mouse movement. Also, the scroll wheel technology works automatically depending on the speed you turn it, there is no software option like the MX Master for those who know. It has no "click" sound and is completely silent when pressed. Ergonomic shape for the hand that I believe is very fair for its price.
It hardly makes any noise, you can easily adjust its functions, its design is quite convenient for application on the hand, although for the M I think it is somewhat large, I would prefer it to be smaller.
As soon as I received it and set it up, I'm doing a review! I'm thrilled!
I own the MX Master 2s & MX Master 3s, which are excellent; I didn't believe I would find a mouse at a normal price. This Logitech Signature M650 L is just right for the laptop and allows you to avoid spending 90-100 € and instead pay 35-40 €.
I always talk about the connection with the USB Bolt Receiver included in the package, while (WARNING!) some keyboards that Logitech calls Bluetooth but work with the Bolt receiver do not include it in the package, and you have to spend about 15 € to buy it separately. I haven't tried the Bluetooth connection yet, but with the Bolt, it's super precise, even on a plastic semi-transparent kitchen tablecloth; if only I had a mousepad...
The smartwheel is okay; it's not like the MX Masters, but it does its job and more, speeding up where you need it.
It's very lightweight, which I personally don't like. However, its size is very good for an affordable mouse. Be careful; there is also a smaller size available. Make sure to get the right one for you.
It's all plastic on top, without grip, but it doesn't bother me; the two sides have a bit of grip and textured plastic, which feels like a softer material, and it looks very nice. The scroll wheel is made of softer plastic and seems very high quality and durable.
Of course, I will return for more information if something disappoints me after some time of use.
I'm glad I found a mouse for 35 € and didn't spend a hundred!
I got it with the prospect of using it on more than one PC simultaneously, but this feature is available on the more expensive models. With the M1 Max, Bluetooth works flawlessly. Very good response, and I hope the battery actually lasts as long as others say. Overall, very satisfied. Nice grip, good build, and silent.
I have had it for a few days, yet I can only say positive things; it has a sturdy construction and comes with a battery. The fact that its click is completely silent is the best! A detail, but it matters!
Like almost all Logitech products, this is a very good product from this specific company, with a very good fit in the hand, very comfortable to hold, it doesn't tire you at all, I got it for the office. Quiet keys for the first time in my life and it seems so innovative that at first I thought the mouse was broken.
I got the Large one and it's very good since I have a large palm. For its price, it is one of the best choices.
Extremely convenient mouse. The keys are silent.
I bought it for 40€, it's worth the money.
A small negative is that it doesn't automatically turn off after a short period of inactivity and you have to turn it off from below for longer battery life
Overall is a good mouse although for my hand (a normal medium size one) I would like the mouse to be a bit bigger for a more comfortable grip. The mouse connects easily to your laptop and is very silent. My previous mouse was a M590 which had a better grip from this one and felt more comfortable. I miss also the feature of M590 which had a button to switch between different computers, which M650 does not support. Unfortunately M650 is not available anymore otherwise I would've gone with it again.
Very good. The keys are completely silent. Good accuracy of movements. Symmetrical ambidextrous. It seems to be of good quality construction. Perfect for work.
Perfect general use mouse. You enjoy working with it! I use it for image editing and gaming. Fantastic feel, precision of movements, good build quality, and silent buttons!
Usually, I don't write comments. Many mice have passed through my hands, and this one has left me with very positive impressions. Okay, what do I like about it? Initially, I wanted it to have Bluetooth connectivity or wireless (with the small adapter at 2.4Ghz). Bluetooth is convenient when you just want to press the button and have it work without much hassle. However, in some cases, I wanted to use it with older equipment that doesn't have Bluetooth, so I used the adapter AGAIN to do the job. The LASER beam is penetrating multiple layers and allows the mouse to work on ALL surfaces, white, black, glass (yes, even on a bottle) without a mousepad, of course. It operates with just 1 battery that will last for over a year. It is lightweight with excellent responsiveness to movement, relatively fast refresh rate, and silent buttons. Its scroll wheel is amazing with exceptional sensitivity. It works without lag even at long distances. It is the regular-sized mouse, not a miniature one! Especially when you want to work for hours, the small one creates nervousness. Choose the regular size for better ergonomics in your work. It has a perfect grip on the sides and smooth rolling on the surface, which you would normally only feel with a mousepad. What can I say, Logitech has worked hard to promote it, and I acknowledge that. It is worth its money with 1000%. I would like to see the same model in the future with an integrated battery and USB-C charging, something like Apple's MagicMouse.
The base of the mouse was not properly aligned, resulting in the mouse moving when I press the left button, similar to what happens on a table where the 4 legs are not on the same level.
Very good, completely silent keys except for the scroll wheel and return keys which make a little noise.
It connected immediately via the computer's built-in Bluetooth without any problems and I was prompted to install its settings program.
Every 5 seconds of inactivity, it goes into power-saving mode and resumes as soon as it is moved, with a small fraction of a second gap without (almost) noticeable switching.
The only thing it lacks compared to my previous M500 is ergonomics, it needs to be held parallel to the fingers compared to the M500 which could be slightly tilted to the left, resulting in my fingers constantly being on the edge and barely on the keys. However, it may also be a matter of habit.
It lacks accuracy in movement, it gets stuck and constantly loses connection. I lowered the speed considerably to stop it from annoying me, but the result is disappointing. I bought a mouse pad hoping it would fix the issue, but NOTHING. I wonder about those who write that it's a good mouse... If you're seriously involved with your PC and not just surfing by changing websites, stay away from this piece of junk!!!
update
I threw it away and bought the g305 and I was saved, guys there is no comparison
I have always been a user of Logitech mice, but the cheap ones, costing around 10€. Getting this specific one, I was thrilled.
I would highly recommend it for everyday use because it is comfortable and fits perfectly in the palm. The buttons are indeed silent, to the point where you might think you're not pressing them. The scroll wheel quickly goes to the end of the document. The software allows you to customize the functions of the three buttons according to your preferences, and you can even set different configurations for different applications.
I bought the M650, coming from a Trust FYDA which, in 1 year, the scroll wheel stopped working properly (while scrolling down, it often scrolled up and vice versa), which tired me out.
The feel of the Fyda in the hand was much better, in the sense that it perfectly embraced the palm, it was wide and comfortable.
However, the M650 has amazingly silent buttons that you enjoy pressing, the smart scroll wheel is fantastic, neither hard nor soft, very precise. Also, as a construction, it is very sturdy and there is no feeling of cheapness (which the Trust had a bit, for example, the scroll wheel moved left and right and the side buttons were not tightly attached to the mouse).
The connection is flawless, the Logitech application allows you to do whatever you want with the keys (I have set one side button to take a screenshot of the screen and the other to change the cursor speed).
The only (relative) negative is that it is NARROW in the palm. However, you get used to it.
Overall, a very high-quality mouse with a very nice feel in the click and scroll wheel.
Awesome mouse for simple use on a laptop but also for more demanding tasks. The two main buttons are indeed completely silent, while the side buttons are a bit audible. The dpi it has is sufficient even for light gaming. The software is simple and easy, allowing you to make all the necessary settings. The main advantage for me is the battery, which you truly forget to change. I have been using it daily for about 6 months and it still shows the battery at 80%. Previously, I had a Xiaomi mouse and I had to change the battery every 2-3 months.
It is excellent in grip, the side plastics have a very pleasant texture that resembles fabric. The side buttons do not bother at all and the device, since it is symmetrical, can be used by left-handed people as well (of course, without using the side buttons).
It uses a new version of Bluetooth, unlike other cheaper mice, so its battery lasts much longer.
The smooth scrolling seems interesting on paper and beautiful in tests, but in practice it does not work well, so it is better to disable it through the Logi Options+ software. For example, if you try to scroll very slowly, as soon as you release the wheel, it may take up to 3 seconds for the screen to stabilize (with version 1.46.425296), which is tiring when repeated many times every day.
A positive aspect is that it can be easily and simply done through Logi Options+ by upgrading the firmware, which may improve the mouse in the future.
I preferred the white color because it is easier to spot it with a quick glance inside a dark bag.
I bought it in order to be able to manage a 3D program. Several times when I zoom in, the screen doesn't stabilize at the level I want and it continues to move indefinitely.
It's a big problem and I don't know if it's due to a setting or if this specific one is defective
Excellent mouse guys, comfortable and lightweight I would say for me, maybe a little heavy with the battery for someone else due to its large size. Its touch is incredible, it has that velvety feel without slipping from the hands. The keys are completely silent, the side keys make a small noise but it doesn't bother anything. The scroll wheel is incredibly precise and of high quality. It has Logitech's driving software, where you can program the keys and customize their functions. For example, if you want to open an application with a single click. Unfortunately, at this price, you would expect it to have a button for adjusting the pointer speed, but it doesn't have anything, only through Logitech's program, and that's the classic way we used to adjust the speed on old mice from Windows. Other than that, it's a good purchase, I believe it's worth it. The battery will probably last for 2 years as Logitech says, depending on usage and how far the computer is, these factors play a big role. Finally, I would recommend it for gaming as well, even though it's wireless, it has good responsiveness, but of course, it's not like a wired one, but it doesn't perform badly either
I bought the M650L to replace the Trust Ozaa that I had for about a year because I needed a Bluetooth mouse. Compared to the Ozaa, which is slightly cheaper, the M650L falls short in the following areas:
1. Worse grip. It's not bad, but it's not as good as the Ozaa.
2. Less tactile clicks. The clicks on the M650L are quiet, which is good, but they're not as tactile as the enjoyable clicks on the Ozaa.
3. It doesn't have a built-in battery. It takes one AA battery, which according to Logitech, will last a long time (2 years).
Therefore, if you're not interested in the Bluetooth function and you're looking for a mouse in this price range, I highly recommend going for the Ozaa.
However, the M650L is not a bad mouse. It can be easily customized with Logitech software, it has the ability to scroll horizontally with the wheel when one of the two side buttons is pressed, it has a quiet and tactile middle click by pressing the wheel, and the side buttons are of good quality, although slightly less quiet compared to the regular buttons. It's a good purchase.
