I got the whole line and it caused me hair loss after 2 weeks! Since I stopped using it, my hair has returned

I have never experienced such noticeable hair loss until I bought this shampoo; I thought something was wrong, and I was borderline considering getting tests done. I randomly found a plethora of videos on TikTok with girls blaming it for the same issue, and everything made sense. What can I say, I don't have the necessary knowledge to assume that it might not have suited me, but it could work for other hair types, but my instinct tells me to discourage you from buying it. You might want to look at another Elvive product, but not this line.

In the first washes, I had no problems at all; on the contrary, I was thrilled. However, after quite a bit of use, I noticed hair loss. At first, I didn't believe it was the shampoo because I saw many positive reviews, but in the end, it didn't suit my hair at all, and I realized it when I changed shampoos.

I was looking to find out why I have, without exaggeration, half the hair, the same goes for my mother and my sister who use this specific line! I happened to see that abroad, through social media, there has been a huge uproar; countless women have lost a lot of hair due to the use of the product! The product does indeed work on damaged hair, but at what cost to the scalp?? Don't even think about buying it, do your research to find out the truth.

Terrible shampoo, it caused me dryness and left my hair very rough and dehydrated. It definitely did not deliver what it promised for my colored hair, let alone damaged hair. I thought my hair was burnt by the hairdresser, but as soon as I washed it with another shampoo, my hair returned to normal.

Only me didn't like this shampoo? Neither did I see any shine after 7 months of use and it left my hair dry and frizzy.

Finally, after a long time, I discovered this specific shampoo that doesn't make my hair oily but makes it shiny, lightweight, and fortunately, it stays well-combed! I will definitely buy it again!

For damaged hair from bleaching like mine, it did the job!!! Average and okay for its price.

It is the only shampoo from this specific company that I like! It provides hydration without causing greasiness... In combination with the conditioner from the same range, it is amazing!

I did not expect that a supermarket shampoo would do such a good job on my hair.
It moisturizes them 100%, as it claims.
I have damaged ends from previous bleaching to the point where they are completely dry.
The only solution is to cut them, but since my hair is not that long yet, I hesitate to do so.
With this shampoo and its conditioner, my ends are incredibly moisturized and easy to style.

I bought it and use it together with the corresponding conditioner. It's incredible that it actually softens and makes the hair much smoother than other expensive products. On the negative side: 1. personally, it made my scalp a little itchy the first time, but the following times it was almost imperceptible and 2. my dyed hair became very faded, it seems that this particular composition removes the dye from the hair. However, in terms of cost, it is extremely value for money.

I have no words!!!!!!! I wasted so much money over the years on expensive products for hydration and repair for my burnt hair from dyeing!!!!! And I accidentally found the solution for just 3€... I can't believe it!!! My hair reminds me of when it was soft in my childhood.. What can I say! I tried shampoo with cream! I will also get the serum, even if it has bad reviews, I believe it's because they use it on dry hair, while hyaluronic acid needs a combination with a little water to lock in moisture, this also applies to face serums.. always on wet face or hair, otherwise it's like glue!

Awesome shampoo!!! I use it together with its conditioner.. It cleans the scalp without drying it out and even on the occasions when I happened to wash my hair daily, it didn't cause dryness on the scalp or ends. It leaves the hair very soft and actually keeps it soft and moisturized. It doesn't weigh it down and it doesn't cause further oiliness like usual!! One of the best shampoos I have tried professionally or not!

It has a perfect scent that lasts a long time, leaving my hair very soft and shiny, but on the 3rd day it makes it oily while with another shampoo from the same company this didn't happen. I will probably go back to the previous one.

Very good shampoo, I bought it for the summer when hair gets easily dehydrated with the sea. It is good to be combined with the corresponding hair mask, which I use instead of conditioner. Very satisfied, I will choose it again.

I bought the conditioner, the mask, and the hydration spray from a neighborhood market. I didn't expect miracles and I thought I wouldn't like it at all... but it pleasantly surprised me. I have fine hair and my hair was really shiny and extremely soft. Well done!

Perfect shampoo leaves them so hydrated and soft as if you have done some treatment and I like the special scent too. Since I started using this shampoo and Pantene, my hair has completely changed, strong and long!
