  I have used it on two helmets since August 2023. The double pack was purchased to connect with my girlfriend as a passenger for our trips. It upgraded our entire travel experience to a point we didn't expect. Regarding sound, while it has excellent noise cancellation, which is adjustable via the Cardo Connect App, sometimes it doesn't pick up my girlfriend's soft voice and she needs to repeat her one-word answers (Yes, No, What, etc.). It has excellent sound quality, satisfactory volume, and easy functions. It has been used for two hours in the rain and had absolutely no issues. It charges relatively quickly and lasts for several hours of use. I now use it in the city as well, answering calls. The installation is easy and kits are provided for every type of helmet (full face, flip up, jet). Highly recommended.

  I used it for 3 years and I was not satisfied.. now I am at the stage where all the peripherals do not work.. the microphone does not work at all,, the ear cushions have completely melted ..etc. and I have to buy the renewal KIT which costs 100 euros... and I am very concerned..

  Spirit HD ....... I have been using it for a short time now (2024) and no one can tell that you are on the bike when you talk on the phone. The 40mm speakers are exactly what my Vector II helmet needed. Music and radio, you hear them perfectly.

  I was lucky and bought the set with two helmets for 220 euros. It's worth every penny with full software support even now, as well as for their job. I haven't had the chance to try them with another bike, but my wife and I can comfortably talk together and each one enjoys the music they want. The helmet plays an important role in insulation, but I, who have a broken one, have never turned up the volume above half with a motorcycle speed of 130-150 kilometers. In calls, they can hear me as if I'm stationary and no one realizes that I'm on the bike. Simply perfect...!!!!

  Bought it 6 months ago for 105€. It was installed on a jet helmet as discreetly as possible. It connects instantly to the mobile phone.
  I am satisfied with the volume of the headphones during calls. However, it varies from phone to phone when receiving calls. The microphone, I have been told, sounds clear even though I have placed it on the side and adjusted its sensitivity to medium. Noise cancelling is excellent.
  The radio is quite good, it even works inside apartment buildings and shops, but usually plays in mono. Stereo occasionally, but it depends on the station. I have never turned the volume all the way up. You can activate and change stations from the device using button combinations.
  Playing music from the mobile phone is simply enjoyable. It also has equalizer presets in the application.
  The application is useful for settings, but it is not necessary on a daily basis.
  The device easily secures on the base.
  With daily use, the battery lasts a week.
  The package includes DOES NOT include jbl speakers as this is an upgrade package, a microphone for jet and full helmets.

  It is my first experience of this kind of communication. To tell the truth, I am not satisfied and it is also expensive. The headphones, which are supposed to be JBL, are bulky and their positions are not where they should be. The position that most helmets have places them slightly above and behind the ears. So in the end, even at maximum volume, you can't hear well even with a few kilometers and extra air. Maybe if the headphone wasn't thick, I could stick it right in front of my ear. The connection is easy and the handling is easy. During calls, they say they hear me as if I am speaking from a distance. Also, I am not satisfied with the battery. I fully charge it in the morning and by noon, after two calls, it tells me that the battery level is at 50%! I would definitely like more volume and a better battery. I will also update if anything changes after some time.

  Let me clarify that it was purchased for €220 before the price increase to almost €300, and the review is based on the lower price.
  It was purchased around this time last year, mainly for music and GPS, but also for occasional communication with a passenger. It is used on a naked bike, so there is generally more wind. Also, always used with earplugs, because without them, the noise from the wind makes it useless even at 70 km/h.
  Very user-friendly operation, instant connection to the phone without interruptions (basically never had any in a year of use). The sound is clear, but personally, I would like 20-25% more volume, especially when going over 100 km/h. Especially after 130 km/h, it is almost inaudible, although it definitely depends on how much wind I am exposed to while riding naked.
  The communication with the passenger is very good, clear, and immediate. Also, in phone calls, I can hear and be heard very clearly.
  Now that it costs almost €300, I don't know if I would buy it, as it is a high amount for what it offers. Definitely 3 stars for the lower value for money at its current price.

  By far the worst. 140 euros for my passenger resulting in me not being able to hear him within 10 meters, with interruptions and distorted voice. When we are 1 meter apart, everything is fine, but as soon as I move 10 meters away, I can't hear anything except for snow and distorted voices. I sent it to Cardo support and the response I received was to send them the package with the intercom to Hungary and provide them with proof that I sent it in order for them to send me a replacement. Stay away from Cardo

  I used it on a trip from Piraeus to Ioannina on a scooter. The truth is that after 100, you can't hear much, especially from the passenger. The GPS instructions are clear, which was what I wanted. Now, on country roads, everything is clear and you can easily converse with the passenger.

  I have it for 2 months, I use it almost every day, I am somewhat satisfied because when you spend 135-150 euros you have other expectations.

  I have been using the product for about a month. It seems quite high quality. The connection to the phone is immediate and the sound quality for music playback and calls is great. (I haven't tried the intercom yet).

  One thing I need to mention is that on my Galaxy S10, the "mobile/intercom" button activates Bixby instead of Google Assistant and I haven't found a way to change it.

  What concerns me is the comfort. I placed one device on a Givi Sydney Eclipse helmet and the other on an LS2 Scope helmet. The headphones fit perfectly on the LS2 and I can hardly feel them. On the other hand, on the Givi helmet, I feel the headphones pressing on my ears and after a while, it becomes annoying. Of course, this may be just me and someone else's head may find it more comfortable.
