I have had this device for several years and decided to share my opinion to inform potential buyers.

1) Communication with the passenger:
It is decent, but the quality is not the best. You might want to go for HD if you can cover the extra cost. There is a slight delay which you will notice when the motorcycle is not in motion, e.g., at a traffic light, and this might seem somewhat annoying to you.
2) Phone calls:
The person on the other end hears you clearly and loudly and does not pick up external noises like wind or passing vehicles, but calls sometimes get interrupted and then end after a while. This happens at very specific points in the center of Athens, such as at the intersection of Alexandras Avenue with Kifisias Avenue and Oulof Palme (continuing on Hymettus) with Efthroniou. Logically, the antennas affect the device's and smartphone's functions.
3) Recorded messages in apps like Viber, Messenger, etc.:
For some reason, only a loud buzzing is heard that deafens the recipient of the recorded message and nothing of what you say. This ultimately happens because the intercom's microphone does not pick up what you say but the mobile's microphone. I have not yet managed to find a solution to this specific issue.
4) Music & Podcasts:
If you choose to listen to online content while driving, it would be good to have downloaded the file beforehand, if that option is available. The same applies to phone calls.
5) Battery:
It lasts several hours and charges relatively quickly. When you turn off the device, it informs you of the remaining battery (foul, 75%, 50%, 25%, low, and Critical when it finally shuts down).
6) Waterproofing:
It is indeed waterproof; I have used it many times in heavy rain, and there has never been any problem.
7) Packaging:
One of the two Velcro stickers required to attach the microphone was missing from the packaging of my intercom. I cut the sticker in half to achieve proper placement. In the second intercom we bought for the passenger, there was no shortage.
