The Homathlon HA-145H Spirit is ideal for those who don't have enough space in their home and are looking for a foldable treadmill that takes up less space. It is suitable for daily intense running as well as for use by overweight individuals (up to 120 kg) or people with joint problems, as it also has shock-absorbing protection.

The 5-inch LCD screen, with blue backlighting, will organize and systematize your workout. You will have absolute control over distance, time, speed, incline, workout program, and your heart rate. It is equipped with 6 levels of incline that are easily adjustable with the press of a button. Running or walking on an inclined surface increases the difficulty level of the exercise, multiplies calorie burning, tightens and strengthens the thighs and glutes.

I had a Pegasus 2.25hp that gave up after 9 years. It cost 750€ and in no way is it better than this one. I was really surprised that despite being cheaper, it is better in every aspect. More sturdy, softer to step on, better materials from the plastics to the screws, one step above. The advantages are the many options in incline and speed, and the wide and long carpet which is necessary for us tall people. The speakers do their job without impressing, and the Bluetooth connection on the mobile app is the same. The pulse sensors are the only negative as they constantly show 70-80. I couldn't adjust my information (height, weight, age) as the instructions don't say how, resulting in the calories being calculated incorrectly. Factory settings are for a person weighing 50-60 kg max, so if you are 90+, you have to calculate at least 1.7 times what it shows you. I have asked if anyone has managed to do it, so please enlighten me. Finally, definitely apply silicone spray or the included oil before use because it comes dry.

It makes minimal noise, but it doesn't bother me at all.

The treadmill came without any silicone, luckily I added some. The belt also came torn and hasn't straightened out yet. There is a constant squeaking at low speeds. No matter how much I've tried to adjust the belt, it always seems to find a way to slip. Additionally, the heart rate sensor shows that it's probably dead and I don't know why. However, for this price, the features of the treadmill are very good (2.5 hp, electric incline, 18 speeds, belt width). With the same features, you can find ones for over 700€. The treadmill was purchased for 450€. It is used by a woman weighing up to 60 kg, so I'm speaking about these specifications. The question is how long it will last.

I have had it for 3 months now and I am very satisfied so far! It has plenty of programs, good speed (up to 18km/h), good incline (up to 15%), and a wide belt that helps with running so you don't have to look down in case you step off. It was very easy to assemble and the only thing it needed (optional) was a little adjustment of the belt to align perfectly, which is something easy to do with instructions from YouTube. In terms of technical specifications, the motor is 2.5 horsepower with a peak of 4.5, which for this price range, I couldn't find anything as powerful, and if it withstands the test of time, it will be a very value-for-money choice.

The only flaw is the heart rate sensor, which almost always shows 70-80, much lower than the actual values. Personally, I check them with a smartwatch. Apart from that, I am extremely satisfied. Two people use it in the morning and evening, and it seems very durable! I will update if any issues arise in the future.

Update 25/09/2023
After almost a year of daily use, it has no issues and works like the first day. I have applied silicone spray underneath the belt at regular intervals to prevent wear and tear. I recommend doing this for any treadmill you purchase to prolong the lifespan of the belt. The only flaw, as I mentioned before, is the heart rate sensor. Other than that, it is worth every penny.

The treadmill has Bluetooth connectivity that can be paired with an application where you can see everything, including uploaded photos! You can download the application from here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitshow. After downloading the app, input your details such as weight, height, age, etc., connect your mobile device to the treadmill, and then you can view all the details of your workouts live on an interactive map. It also shows the real-time calories burned, distance, etc., based on the information you have provided.

It also has many programs and can be controlled through the mobile app, offering various routes with videos and a database for tracking times, distances, etc. It is an incredible tool that provides an extra motivation for workouts. Note: At the current selling price, you might find something else, as I purchased it for much less in 2022.
