I had the same problem, the first time I used it, it didn't work. Luckily, it was a test. The big downside of this glue is that both parts have the same color (they are transparent, which is positive in some applications), so you can't evaluate how well the two components have mixed. It requires a very good mixing with a spatula, like when we mix butter several times for about a minute. Then it worked and the next day it was like steel. Another downside is that even though it is in a special packaging, one component takes a while to come out, so you have to throw away the excess material that comes out first. Overall, it is not user-friendly for its price. I bought it for 12 euros from the local paint store. It sticks well, but I wouldn't buy it again, I would try another one.

A few days ago, I ordered an Araldite Instant glue which was supposed to set in 4 minutes and reach its maximum strength within 2 hours. I received the glue 2 days ago and immediately prepared the mixture. 48 hours later, the glue HAS NOT HARDENED AT ALL!!! It is completely useless and I wasted 17 Euros for nothing!!!
