The Ingco chainsaw operates on a 20-volt battery, does not produce exhaust fumes, and allows you to move freely as it is not dependent on cords and outlets. The working duration depends on the battery and its charge level. With a weight of 1.1 kg and a bar length of 15 cm, it is ideal for pruning trees and carving wood.

It is amazing, I bought it for a friend who needed it for pruning fruit trees, he is impressed with how easily it cuts branches and trunks of about 15 centimeters, in its category it has no rival. It is important that it has a small oil tank for the chain. As for its construction, it seems sturdy, time will tell of course, if anything happens along the way, I will update again.
Very powerful and reliable tool, I bought the package with the 2 batteries and an extra 4 ampere-hour one, it's worth its money I believe, and with the three batteries you have about 4 and a half to 5 hours of work for a good cleaning in the olive groves and cutting quite a few greedy branches, about 24-28 roots of medium size!
Positives:
• very lightweight: 1.1kg + 370gr. battery
• does not kick at all on trunks, branches, and twigs, only on green twigs 2-4cm in diameter
• does not require special effort from the user beyond stability
• about 60’ autonomy with a 2Ah battery but depends on the diameter of the branches/trunks you are cutting — if it is >15cm, then the battery will run out faster and a larger one may be needed for regular use
• powerful: from 8-10cm trunks of neglected bushes like viburnum, photinia, and angelonia, olive branches 12-13cm, up to +20cm dried cherry trunk that I wanted to completely remove, it doesn’t struggle at all
• fast charging 2Ah batteries, as they take 60-70’ for a full charge
• lubrication system: about one reservoir per battery and the user doesn’t have to worry about anything
• ergonomics: makes cuts in difficult conditions, like being on a ladder with one hand stabilizing, extremely easy
• double safety: besides the conventional one located beside the handle, the tool shuts off if not used for 30” and turns on with a prolonged press of the on/off button
• easy maintenance: the package includes a tool to unscrew all its screw parts and allows you to brush/blow (with a tool) the internal mechanism until it returns to "box condition"
• chain tightening: super easy, done with the same tool I mentioned earlier
Negatives:
• a gasket is required inside the cap of the oil container because it leaks
Final thoughts:
Very satisfied! I have the impression that even professionals will be covered by this tool for trunks/branches up to 20cm in diameter.
I had no experience with any other chainsaw, it is the first one I bought. Generally, I have tools from the same company and battery and cable, and I really like them. I have identified one flaw. The button/safety has a huge resistance to the point where I got injured (in 1.5 hours) even though I always wear work gloves when doing similar tasks. I agree with the others and I won't write them myself. Read the manual, it's good. Finally, it is exactly what I wanted and more.
First of all, let me say that I bought it for around €143 with a coupon. I chose the complete set with the 2 batteries (although each one is only 2Ah) and the charger because if I went for the saw, a 4Ah or 5Ah battery, and the charger, it would have been slightly more expensive.
I used it with a cheap, somewhat liquid, 30-weight oil for the chain and I can say that it is perfect for spring. I pruned vanilla, lemon, and apricot trees. It is true that due to its weight, the thin chain, and the one-handed operation, it tends to kick back on small branches, so I recommend cutting branches with a diameter of 2cm and above. It doesn't get stuck at all on medium branches and is convenient for areas where you can't cut with a handsaw. Of course, it cannot be compared to a gasoline-powered one, let's be realistic.
Regarding battery life, I have seen in videos claiming that it can make up to 75-120 cuts with the 2Ah battery. Personally, I believe that 75 cuts of medium branches is a more reasonable number. The 2 batteries in the set can handle a lot of work, but always with moderation. They do indeed charge in one hour at most.
The 5Ah battery costs around €50-55, so it is not cheap. The choice is yours.
WARNING: As others have mentioned, I also want to emphasize that it tends to kick back on small green branches. If you cut dry or larger diameter branches, then you won't have such a problem.
UPDATE 1/5/23: I noticed that it leaks lubricant from the bottom part where the oil container is located and it seems to be at the point where the two parts of the plastic casing connect. In fact, the container had emptied due to the storage of the saw, but as you can understand, it cannot drain to the last drop. At first, I thought it had simply dripped from the chain over time. After thorough cleaning, I noticed oil again at the bottom part. UNACCEPTABLE for a machine that I paid €143 for, that I have been using for only 2.5 months, and has NEVER fallen from a height of less than 10 centimeters.
Quite a good chainsaw. However, someone who works many hours with it needs to buy a larger battery if they want to get the job done. The batteries that come with it, 2x2.0, last a maximum of 2 hours of work when used together. With a 4.0 battery, you can get another 2 hours of work, so in combination with a hedge trimmer or a gasoline chainsaw, if you are doing heavier cuts, you are covered. Another positive aspect is that it automatically takes oil on the chain. For the amount I bought it and the work it produces for me, I am completely satisfied
I just received it and tested it. It shows a very sturdy construction. It has a lot of power. I will come back after the battle for details. 11-3-23 very strong. It would be better suited with a 4A battery
Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to put in the second battery and it stopped working. I believe it was just a problem with this specific piece because I have almost all of the Ingco battery tools and they work perfectly. I hope they also have good service. In the end, the service was reliable and fast
Amazing chainsaw.
Before I buy anything, I carefully read user experiences and reviews. Therefore, I did not intend to buy this particular product. Anyway, I had a Blue Bird with a 10-inch blade (not bad) but quickly realized it had 2 serious drawbacks:
a) You have to manually oil the chain every 10 minutes, and
b) Low autonomy with 2 batteries, as if I struggled with a thick branch (7-8 diameter), the operating time would decrease significantly.
One thought was to buy more batteries for the Blue Bird, but I definitely needed a second one with a larger blade for olive pruning needs.
Although I was looking for a saw with at least a 20-inch blade, I ended up with the Ingco with a 15-inch one because I already had a scissors from the same company and the batteries were the same.
I bought it with a 4Ah battery since I already had the 2Ah ones from the scissors and they were much cheaper than the Blue Bird.
Guys, I was amazed. It cuts... and with the large 4Ah battery, it lasts at least 3 hours with reasonable pruning use and does much more work than the Blue Bird, while saving me from manual oiling.
I highly recommend it. I mainly use it with the large battery and it doesn't get stuck. It has the power of a gasoline-powered one, but with a 4Ah battery.
I had to write my review to appreciate the product, which nobody had reviewed until today.
