  I had it exactly for 11 months. The zipper of the back pocket broke. I returned it to the store where I bought it to use the warranty and they told me that this specific item is not covered by any warranty. The store representative, however, suggested an external partner for the repair and offered to cover the cost. This proposal was made without any pressure from me but purely on their own initiative. I should mention that in the past, when I had a similar incident with another backpack from a different company, the warranty was valid and they even replaced it for me. Otherwise, after daily use in the office and during trips, it was like new even after 11 months.

  From me it's a no, if you want to protect your laptop and your belongings. It has compartments but the material is very soft and whatever you put inside is at risk of being crushed. Also, the quality of the materials inside is unacceptably low, it's definitely not worth €65, it's fully Chinese-made. The previous one I had bought for about half the price was much better in terms of quality, appearance, and it was also lighter

  It is waterproof, the quality of the materials is of high level, incredibly ergonomic, modern and beautiful design, and overall it is the most well-crafted backpack I have purchased. It has a zipper that, once opened, expands the bag and its capacity. It comfortably fits a 17.3-inch laptop, all the compartments are practical, and it excels in ergonomics. The price is very reasonable at 66 euros, and the final price reaches 75.5 euros, which I don't regret at all since I have previously bought products of much lower quality for the same amount of money. If you drop the bag from a height, the laptop will be damaged as shown, but if the bag falls down, it won't be affected, although this is relative. As it seems from my market research, I couldn't have found a better value for money backpack. In terms of overall size, it is normal and not as parachute-like as it appears in the photos. It seems to have a sturdy construction, and I expect it to withstand the test of time, but that will be seen over time. It has incredible compartments and can fit everything. Additionally, it has clips for securing the straps and loops to prevent the straps from hanging freely. I won't describe any further... It's perfect in every aspect... Last update... The metal frame of the strap broke with the second use and at the most inconvenient moment. Unfortunately, I needed a workaround to continue using it... {Last update: I sent an email with a photo to Bange, Skroutz, and the store's website, requesting a replacement strap. As a result, in about 3 days, instead of a replacement strap, I received a refund, as I was told by Bange. They offered me a brand new bag with different straps. Excellent customer service from Skroutz as well.}
