According to the official health claims from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA): 

  • EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function.
  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.

Recommended Dosage

  • 1-3 capsules daily, preferably taken after meals.

If you want something of higher quality and more tested, then look at Nordic Naturals, which are the top Omega-3 (non-krill) worldwide.
