Those who write that no product helps with burning and damaged hair, must understand that there is no way to reverse the damage 100%, only if they cut the length. No product is a miracle worker, REGARDLESS of what they promise. Most only help in the appearance of the hair without penetrating the hair strands, something that is impossible to happen if the hair has suffered irreversible damage and literally "melts" due to the processing it has undergone (bleaching and other methods of lightening with 30-40% hydrogen peroxide, especially if your hair type cannot handle it, frequent bleaching, frequent use of heat without heat protection products, etc.). So do not blame the products if you have already destroyed your hair on your own. Also, if you do not trim the scissors often, then it is most likely that the ends will be weak, resulting in any chemical treatment further damaging them. I have repeatedly purchased this specific mask from another store in the size of 30ml; it was the first time I bought the large size. Unfortunately, it is like a simple leave-in conditioner; it doesn't even have the texture and color of the well-known product. The authentic product would turn completely white with friction, unlike this one, which with a lot of effort becomes only slightly whiter.

I saw an AMAZING difference in my hair, which was incredibly dry, damaged, and experiencing significant hair loss. However, it is very important to FOLLOW the usage instructions STRICTLY. Only 6 consecutive times. 6! And it requires very, very little. 1 to 1.5 pumps. That is more than enough. After 4 minutes, you apply leave-in conditioner, and it combs through just as easily as if you had applied conditioner after washing. After the 6 times, personally, I only use it after dyeing. I never expected my hair to return to this condition.
I don't think it's worth the money. Personally, my hair is damaged, and without conditioner, I couldn't detangle it... I waited for the product to work for 4 minutes... I struggled to comb it... however, after that, I used conditioner. I rinsed it out. I straightened it. I didn't see any crazy difference; the result was the same as the mask I use.
Update 28-1-2024
In the end, I used it as a leave-in without rinsing it out. I applied heat protectant and straightened it. The result is better. The damage to my hair is not as noticeable. I used 3 pumps for all my hair because I have long and thick hair. After the 4 minutes, I was indeed able to comb it. Nevertheless, I believe there are more economical treatments in larger quantities for more frequent use. I might buy it again to use once a month.

Perfect!! My hair was completely frizzy and damaged from bleaching, it made it fantastic. It does what it promises, even though I hesitated at first because of the negative reviews to use it, it's super.

For all of you who say that it made your hair drier... it's not just the protein that's to blame, or at least not only that. Second on the ingredient list is Alcohol Denat. So don't wonder why it messed up your hair. The beneficial properties that some others saw are due, on one hand, to the moderate use of protein and on the other hand to sh-Oligopeptide-78 (K18Peptide™). So, look for products with these two ingredients that will definitely exist and will surely be cheaper as well. Well, I have something very important to mention for those who are not satisfied with the product... having tried the product in a small package, I was very satisfied with the result... so I decided to buy the large package.. in the end, I have to say that the product I bought is fake.. searching online, I was very surprised to see that there are a lot of imitations of this specific packaging... if the product, when rubbed in your hands, does not turn white, know that you have bought the fake, meaning a simple cream, if not, you are in the right place!

The secret is to use it 5-6 times after the lightening/highlights/bleaching at the hair salon and then that's it. It's not for frequent use because it contains a lot of protein and then it makes the hair drier.
The product is EXCELLENT for fine, bleached, and damaged hair. I was a fan of Olaplex, and that's why I dare to say that K18 is better since you finish with the exact same result in just 4 minutes. I wonder about the negative comments; the only thing I can assume is that either the application wasn't done correctly (you need to rub it in your palms until it turns white to activate it), or they didn't have damaged hair, so they essentially don't need it. I honestly regret passing it by for so long. It's expensive, but we know that products of this kind tend to be pricey. I should also mention that I tested it in combination with a supermarket shampoo (Pantene), where it worked just as flawlessly compared to the BC Fibre Force shampoo from Schwarzkopf that I usually use.
Don't buy it if you don't have money to waste and experiment. I read the rave reviews, but I don't see any before and after photos! Unfortunately, the best treatment remains a haircut
It does exactly what it promises, it stops the breakage and restores the hair to quite a good level. Ideal treatment for blonde hair after chemical processes like bleaching.
For the first washes after bleaching, it is very good and indeed revitalizes the hair, however, after speaking with the hairdresser, it can harden the hair so much that it breaks. I used it on bleached hair and after a while, my ends started to break (generally, there was no other reason for them to break because I use professional products and I take great care and do not use heat other than the hairdryer). She suggested that I use it the first time I wash my hair after bleaching, then after 15 days, and then reduce to very rare use, and it worked. Also, after 4 minutes, you can put a mask with argan oil on top and continue your regular washing; this way, you will have both hydration and reconstruction. For me, this combination worked perfectly (I use the hydrating one from Moroccanoil and I add a few pumps of its oil or the K-time with argan oil). I hope I helped.
Having the worst-case scenario: thin hair with blonde bleach, this is the only product I used and saw a real difference even from the first application. No exaggeration. It keeps them hydrated, soft, and thus accelerates growth.
The 15ml lasted me 2.5 months, not with continuous use (only when they were quite dehydrated).
I use it after showering on damp hair, applying 2-3 doses and avoiding the roots.

I applied the mask exactly as the instructions said. You can see a difference from the very first use. I think it's necessary to buy the large package as with the small one, you can only have two or three applications at most. Also, I believe someone should have a severe problem to see a significant difference.

The instructions are very simple. Wash with shampoo, not conditioner. Comb the well-dried hair and apply a very small amount (according to the amount of hair, I used as much as a hazelnut), rub it in your hands until it becomes white and apply it to the bottom of the hair and ends. I did nothing for 4 minutes with a timer and then applied a little leave-in conditioner and dried it. AMAZING RESULT
Hair thin, damaged for years from strong, copper dyes. Growing up, they became even more fragile, with frizz and split ends. Especially in the summer. How much money went to waste on cheap or more expensive masks. The leave-in silk helped a little.

Expensive for what it offers. I initially had the treatment done at the salon. Everything was fine until 2 days later. I bought the whole package (shampoo, mask, oil) to apply at home. HUGE MISTAKE! Ακολούθησα τις οδηγίες κατα γράμμα, έχω κάνει ως τώρα 4 και δεν έχω δει κανένα αποτέλεσμα. Λένε πως δεν χρειάζεται μεγάλη ποσότητα, εγώ έβαζα 4-5 αντλίες σε μεσαίου μήκους, ίσια και λίγα μαλλιά (στον ώμο) αλλά ένιωθα σαν να μην είχα βάλει τίποτα και δεν ήμουν ποτέ σίγουρη αν έχει πάει παντού. Η ποσότητα 15ml είναι πολύ μικρή κάνοντας το προϊόν πανάκριβο. I have used it now 4 times and I feel my hair thicker, where it was thin and weak, and much shinier. I have virgin hair, but that doesn't mean it's not damaged (from the sun, blow dryer, bad brushing). The truth is that after the first use, it was a bit heavy on my hair because I overdid it a bit on the quantity, and subconsciously I expected to look like I had done a blowout/keratin treatment. Attention - it is a bond builder, it is not moisturizing, it is not deep conditioning, it does not have silicones to make the hair smooth and soft. We love silicones but they do a different job. K18 rebuilds the hair.
For use: good brushing before shampooing and careful movements while washing so that the hair doesn't get tangled because conditioner is not allowed afterwards. We use clarifying shampoo to better penetrate the K18, especially if the hair has build-up from other products. I use Pantene's clarifying shampoo, you don't necessarily need something more high-end. Then we carefully detangle with a brush like Wet Brush/Tangle Teezer Wet Detangler. We take 1-3 pumps and rub it very well between our hands to spread it and make it white for a more even application. I have long thin hair and 2 pumps left my hair a bit crunchy, on the 4th use I only used 1 pump. It spreads very nicely and detangles, I don't feel like I need anything more (maybe a little leave-in/silicone serum AFTER the 4 minutes). We leave it for 4 minutes without doing anything. The company itself has said that one can wet the hair again and apply conditioner/mask or whatever else they want, if needed. We use it for 4-6 washes and then whenever we feel it's needed.
It may sound complicated but it really isn't. I like that it is easy and quick to use compared to, for example, Olaplex which is a bit troublesome and I haven't seen such results with anything else. It is expensive, yes, but I bought the professional size 150ml on sale for almost half the price and it seems like it will take years to finish it - if 1 pump = 1 ml, I still have 143ml in the bottle...
INSTRUCTIONS⚠️
Wash hair ONLY with shampoo twice to thoroughly clean the hair.
Dry the hair with a special towel or a shirt.
While the hair is wet, divide the hair into 2 sections for better application.
Put a little K18 on our hands and rub them together for AT LEAST 10 seconds until the mask becomes white on our hands.
Apply it a little below the root and spread it to the ends.
Do not comb, do not put anything else on the hair, DO NOTHING for 4 minutes. After that, comb freely to distribute it everywhere, and apply heat protectant, leave-in conditioner, and whatever else you want.
This is supposed to be done for 5-7 consecutive washes, and after this process, once a month, if your hair is not so "damaged" you don't need to do it for 5 consecutive times, your hair may need it in 2 or 3 washes, for example, if the shampoo you use does not clean deeply but superficially, it is logical that K18 cannot "enter" the hair to repair it, switch to professional ones, usually those from the supermarket clean superficially, my personal favorite brands are L'Oreal Professional and Redken, which are also economical in terms of getting 1 to 1.5 liters and paying 35 to 40€, and do not wash the hair for 10 seconds, it needs gentle movements with the fingers for at least 1 to 2 minutes in both the first and second wash, and please wash the ends of the hair as much as you can, in terms of not avoiding the shampoo on the ends when rinsing the shampoo that you massaged on your scalp, that's enough. I know that many people may have dry ends, but not only K18, nothing "enters" the hair when it is "dirty", and all this analysis, kids, because it is very expensive and I think it can work for almost everyone, at least for me who has been using a straightener and a hairdryer for 6 years, it did in 5 washes what Olaplex No. 3 did not do for 9 months now, as long as it is always applied correctly, without blaming anyone who may not have known, there is a lot of misinformation, and as an extra tip, I would suggest you first buy the 15ml packaging to try it for a few washes to see if you are satisfied, your hair may need something else at the end of the day because, let's face it, just as every person is different, so is every hair, and if it is mediocre for you, it is a shame to spend 60€ and not be completely satisfied, good luck to everyone
Excellent product, I have no words. Of course, before using it, I searched for the correct way to use it and I will share the following:
Only shampoo in the bathroom, no mask, no conditioner.
Hair should be wet, not dry or damp.
One pump in the hand and rub the hands together until a white opaque texture is created.
Apply it all over the hair, if needed, but not too much product is necessary.
Leave it on for 4 minutes, do not do or apply anything else.
After the 4 minutes, apply a heat protectant gently and at the end, after styling it as you like, apply a hair oil.
I have hair damaged from bleaching and this mask changed my life. It is expensive, but look for it on sale.
