The worst choice. Let me explain: Leakage from the switch. Second time changing with a cost of 300€! Excuse: The quality of the water. Everyone else in the neighborhood with different boilers, no problem. I have three types of filters. I didn't know it needs bottled water. Stay away from Italian products.
2022, after 10 years of operation: Three rotten switches with leakage, one burnt plate from the running water. We threw it away to install a burner from a serious country. Never again Riello.

In use since November '14, in two 4th floor apartments with double exposure and insulation, during winters and extremely rarely in the summer thanks to solar power. Excellent, trouble-free, no damage and the clock withstands prolonged -15 degrees. Service every two years, which is still very often for the machine. Value for money. Easily and economically replaceable parts, because that also matters.

After months of meticulous research and visiting several Natural Gas stores, I ended up with this specific Boiler. I believe it is the best value for money option available in the market and one of the most reliable boilers. I was torn between a German boiler (at a bargain price) and the RIELLO RESIDENCE CONDENS, but when I asked the store to open them up for me to see the internals, both machines truly impressed me... the epitome of durability and sturdiness, and of course, I bought it without hesitation. Due to my professional background as a Quality Control Engineer for Marine Engines, I think it surpasses others by far in terms of material quality, both internally and externally.

In our complex, we have installed 2 Riello - Residence Condens 25 and 2 Riello - Residence Condens 35 boilers.
During last year's freeze (-15 in PANORAMA), the boilers worked like real tanks, without presenting any issues!!!
This is the 3rd year that we have been using them and I truly have over 50% savings every year.
They are among the most reliable and durable machines!!

In our apartment building, we have installed this specific boiler in 4 out of the 8 apartments for 2 years now. Initially, its advantages are that it is very easy to operate, quiet in its operation, and very economical in consumption.
I was impressed by the politeness and prompt service of the dealership's technicians, where they provided me with detailed instructions and patience when I needed guidance for the smart thermostat with WiFi (Ricloud).
I highly recommend it... It is value for money!!!

One of the most reliable boilers on the market..
In our apartment building, we have 11 boilers of the same type and they worked continuously during the winter, without any problems!!
The choice of this specific boiler (after extensive research) was based on its durability and the fact that all its internal components are made of brass and nothing is made of plastic!!
I also installed the ricloud wifi thermostat, which upgrades the boiler to A+ for even more energy savings!!
Absolutely satisfied with the product!!!

Excellent boiler!! Very economical and quiet. We have also installed the compensation sensor and its own thermostat with wifi for remote control, the Ricloud.
Of course, the positive thing is the complete technical support of the company, as well as the consistency and professionalism of its technicians.

In our apartment building, we installed this specific boiler 5 years ago in 6 apartments. There hasn't been any problem, only regular servicing every year. However, in one of the six apartments, the boiler turned out to be faulty (maybe because it operates during the summer for hot water) and required repair multiple times. Personally, I am satisfied with the natural gas economy because previously we had an oil heating system and now we have half the cost (with the solar panel, we forget about natural gas for months during the summer).

Two boilers, installed in apartments in Thessaloniki (center and east), in 2013 and 2012 respectively, work properly without any problems so far, even during the recent difficult days with the unprecedented frost.
The only issue was the malfunction of the hot water supply system, but this was not a problem of the boiler.
Since none of the two required repair, I do not know about the availability of spare parts at the dealership and the behavior and professionalism of its technicians.

Today, 21.02.2021, they still work perfectly, without any problem.
I am revisiting this review because I am comparing them with other boilers, SIME, which after just 3 years are experiencing problems that I do not know if they will be resolved.

Experience from two 25 KIS e boilers that were installed in Thessaloniki in 2013.

The tank broke in January 2016. The second one this year (2017) blocked the heating circuit at -6oC, causing low pressure damage, while the pressure gauge showed 1bar pressure. The anti-freeze protection of the boiler did not work, unlike the Inventor A/C that kept us warm even at -10oC.

The boiler now needs repair, but some spare parts like gaskets are not available. The dealership is waiting to receive them from Italy in a week, so it seems that they did not have sufficient stock and did not anticipate the increased demand due to freezing damages. The technician through the dealership did not come to his scheduled appointment and has not contacted me since then.

The freezing happened two weeks ago. I will update on how many weeks in total the boiler did not work during the winter.
