4 stars because 4.5 is not available in the rating options. In budget systems, it is preferable to spend 10-20 euros less on bare RAM and get a better stock cooler for the processor. The reason I would give 4.5 stars is that for the same price now (as I am writing the review), there is the colorful memory with a passive spreader and RGB. At low speeds, of course, the spreader is not necessary.

I want to add that I did a small overclock after finally adding a second module, it is quite stable at 5400mhz. With relaxed timing, theoretically it can reach 5600mhz but it may not be perfectly stable. Overall, it remains a very good budget option until prices drop for more expensive models.
