  In this price range, and especially for someone who doesn't want to deal with audio mixers, consoles, etc. and just wants a plug and play microphone, it is an ideal microphone that is hard to beat.

  I use it on Linux and Windows, without any additional software from Razer, and it works exceptionally well.

  The only issue I see is with the jack input, where when I connect headphones, I hear the sound from the microphone in the headphones. This may be due to a lack of software, but I don't consider it a problem because I don't usually use the jack.

Whoever wants to get it for Mac definitely doesn't work even with the service I have spoken directly to Razer to confirm that it is not mentioned anywhere that it is supported by Mac, so every time you need to plug it in from the USB port and maybe even twice at the same time for the computer to recognize it. The program that Razer has does not work with Mac. For Windows, I haven't tried it to tell you the truth, it may be the best microphone, but whoever is thinking of getting it for Mac should not risk it.   2 words about the choice. I wanted a good microphone for mainly conversations through zoom, discord, messenger, etc., so that I don't have to constantly use my headphones. The main requirement was to have mute, and that's why I didn't go for the cheaper option from Razer. Being familiar with Razer and Synapse 3 since I have several peripherals from the company, this particular one was the only choice for me so that I don't have multiple software for settings and everything is consolidated in one place. That's about the choice of this specific microphone. Now let's talk about the quality, it's simply incredible for the purpose I have it for, although objectively it is quite expensive. I was impressed by the isolation it provides from the computer's speakers, specifically in games with shooting, nothing passes through the microphone until it reaches 50% volume (I didn't expect it and it was a pleasant surprise), to the point where I no longer use push to talk on Discord. As for conversations, there's no discussion, there is no way for sound to pass through. The distance I have it at is 40cm from me and everyone hears me fantastically, to the point where everyone now asks me if I did something to my sound. Synapse 3 has several settings, but I haven't changed anything, it recognized it immediately and in the end, I am very happy with my purchase.

  In my opinion, you want the application to know the intensity of the microphone....
