Thunderbolt 3 Support

BIOS FlashBack

The only change I needed to make was to enable virtualization in the BIOS in order to have VM systems, and a small change in the USB ports so that they all connect (if using an Nvme disk, it takes up some sockets for hidden USB and you need to make sure to connect them)
