Strixhaven: A Chaos Program introduces the fantastical setting of Strixhaven University, inspired by the Magic: The Gathering multiverse, and provides rules for creating characters who are students at one of its five colleges. Characters can explore the environment through four adventures, which can be played standalone or together. Each adventure depicts an academic year filled with learning activities, pranks, thrilling friendships, hidden dangers, and perhaps even romance.

This book includes a poster map showing the campuses of Strixhaven on one side and location maps on the other.

Throughout the book's lengthy campaign, players start as first-year students who study, socialize, and wander until their graduation. Explore D&D in new ways through academic challenges, extracurricular activities, and the relationships that develop on campus.
