Description

The AWB550 workout bench from Amila is made of iron with a total strength of 200 kg. It has the ability to adjust both the position and the backrest, and it has foot hooks for ease of performing sit-ups. It offers 5 levels of backrest adjustment and 3 seat adjustment levels for easy switching between exercises. The foot hooks are padded with cushions that help "lock" your feet during weight exercises or sit-ups, so you can perform the exercises more safely. It is easily cleaned with a cloth immediately after use.

    I just bought it 2 days ago and it's my first bench purchase. (due to lack of time for the gym after 5 years, I switched to a home bench)
    Intended strictly for household use.
    It has a reliable and high-quality frame, quite sturdy.
    Assembly took about 1.5 hours, the Greek/English manual was quite understandable, the only thing you will need separately since it is not included in the package is an adjustable wrench (mentioned in the user manual)
    One of its positives is the quite soft and comfortable cushion (base/backrest) with a thickness of 6.4 cm.

    I consider the purchase price of 130 euros to be very fair and decent, I highly recommend it.
