I use it in the blender with goat milk, 1 banana & oatmeal. It keeps me full for 2 and a half hours without food.

I have been using it for about 2 months, 4 times a week. The taste is different for each person and I haven't tried any other protein, this one dissolves after a lot of stirring in a full glass of water (a 20g dose) and is relatively difficult to drink (especially in the morning before training). It is better in milk, beaten in a mixer, and depending on the quantity, it needs more mixer. As for the results, I see that I haven't lost muscle mass while losing weight during the time I have been using it, and I consider it effective.

I bought it because it is affordable and soon I won't have protein to buy, nor bread... Anyway...
I have been using it for about a month. The results are extremely satisfying. As I have mentioned in other reviews, I eat and drink everything, so the taste doesn't matter to me. However, many people will struggle... I mix it with milk, half a banana, and a spoonful of cocoa in the blender (just like I did with MEGA FOODS, which I tried a while ago) and I don't taste anything strange. But make sure to use enough milk. I use about 30 grams. It doesn't come with a scoop inside, but I have saved some from others.
I had not one, but many fears about... gas.
In general, I had a big problem with all of them, and with some, the situation was out of control (see other reviews). Well, with this one, even though it is made from legumes, I have the least amount of gas. Sometimes I really don't know what's happening... You buy an expensive protein and you can't stand anywhere. You buy one that costs one-third of the price and you're fine.
Conclusion: It does its job very decently for me. I don't mind the gas like with the others. It is supplied by Bioagros, a company that I have no reason not to trust. It is very cheap.
Of course, the information on the packaging about origin, certification, etc. is a joke.
Why do we know what the others we buy contain (even the very famous ones)?
Those who don't have a problem with the taste (like me), but have... money in their pockets (like me), should probably try it.
I highly recommend it. As long as I have five cents left (for a little longer), I will buy it. After that, I will only buy bread.
