My experience with this specific product is negative. Within a month, it completely broke down and I sent it for repair. LAHOUA company sent it back to me without addressing the problem. For the second time, I sent it for repair and they sent it back to me with the same issue, claiming that I opened it to fix it and caused the damage. It is obvious that I did not attempt to fix it, so they have no responsibility. The handling and treatment by this company are unacceptable.
