Transformers have capacitive behavior and accumulate energy. When there is a power outage, there is a possibility that they will send you very high voltage and burn devices. Power outages are very dangerous.

  It does the job it is intended for, but not for a long period of time. I have the impression that because it is Chinese, it is not aligned with European standards, which results in the board having issues after some time. It works as a measuring instrument, but its safety features do not function. I think it is better to go for something branded and in line with European standards.
