The D3, after blood tests with a value of 6.357, had a very low price... it went up to 36 after 6 months of using the supplements... we're talking about a very good result... from deficiency to sufficiency and I continue taking it... they have done a good job... and it even went through months of autumn and winter... well done to the company... they do the job!!!

    So basically, the best way to see if a supplement works is to do blood tests before using it and after 1 to 2 months. I had a deficiency in vitamin D3 and with the use of this specific supplement after 2 months of daily use, my vitamin levels reached the upper limits during winter.
