The support components provided are not sufficient for adult bikes. Larger and longer ones are needed.

You should never use the included hooks.
The handle (hook) is annoying, it doesn't stay in place and you need 2 people to hang the bicycle.

Convenient wall mount, good construction, but it is a bit annoying when the bicycle wheel doesn't fit immediately into the hook and it touches the wheel, causing it to fall. So, you have to put the bike down again, put the hook back in the waiting position, and lift the bike again for another attempt
