The knob is of good quality, its disadvantage is that it does not have the same locking receptacle on the fixed base as the genuine one. As a result, it does not fit well in the receptacle and with the pressure of gear shifting (especially in reverse), it becomes loose and comes off. It is generally unstable in gear changes.
