  Amazing..

  I am a guitarist and I have invested in a guitar and an amplifier of 4000 euros to have the clean touch in order to set up the sound that I like .. (demanding listener ..) music I listen to: rock, blues, 80s pop etc.
  The quality/cleanliness of the sound, mainly in the highs and less in the mids, does not reach that of the fender - Newport (for those who know the speaker) .. unfortunately it was sold out and I had to choose something else and luckily there is the Marshall!
  Overall, it is far superior to the fender Newport .. incredibly convenient handle and safe .. the battery is excellent ..
  movies and series - YouTube etc. play very well.
  NO - the sound is not godlike ..
  but I don't need more ..
  easily fills with its rich sound, 80 square meter living room ..
  4 stars because I would like it to be oriented towards the highs and not so much towards the bass .. but this is quite subjective .. in no case do I say that the highs are drowned out by the bass - on the contrary, the relationship between them is very balanced .. here to note that before I got the Stockwell ii I had bought the fender Monterey - much more expensive but far inferior in cleanliness and quality! I returned it immediately - The Stockwell ii will not disappoint you ..

  Excellent for relaxed listening, hi-fi sound, perhaps the best and most balanced speaker out there regardless of category, it's not a party speaker, it's for a lounge situation, pure enjoyment no matter how you have it turned, I own a JBL Boombox but a friend has this one at the camping site and in the evenings when we gather in the caravan for a relaxed drink, the Marshall speaker shines, the only negative is that it's only waterproof with an IPX4 rating and not IPX7, well done Marshall!!

  I was the owner of Stockwell I and they sent me the II after a warranty replacement. One thing I have to say: Absolutely no comparison in any area. The build quality is 5 classes above: in the potentiometers, in the grilles that are now metallic, in the casing, in the bluetooth 5.0 with aptX. In the old model everything was shaking and creaking, while it was easy to scratch. This one doesn't scratch anything while the sturdiness and quality of the buttons make you feel like you're touching high-end studio equipment. The sound, while it was a disappointment in the first model, now comes with dedicated amplifiers for lows/highs, while the whole back has a PASSIVE RADIATOR which completely changes the game. The bass but also the stereo image are day and night. In general, I haven't found a speaker (in the small portable ones) that can compare to it in any area. I charge it once a month. The negative (for me) is that I don't like the "bag" design aesthetically, but I overlook it because as a speaker there is nothing like it.
