Reviews
Purchased 2 years and 2 months ago. For as long as they worked, they were the best (and most expensive) headset I had used until now. Great range, very good sound and microphone quality without disconnections, and excellent noise isolation from the arm's mic. The problem is that 2 months after the warranty expired, this mic stopped working properly as I have to press it down with my hand to be heard. This negates the concept of hands-free, making them almost useless for the conf-calls I primarily used them for. After contacting the company, I was informed that since the warranty has expired, nothing can be done. I asked if I could at least buy a replacement part so that a functioning product wouldn't end up in the trash, and they told me that no replacement parts are available. The issue is that after researching online, I found out that this is a known problem with this specific model as the company has admitted that this issue is particularly pronounced in this model and the Evolve2 65/85 have a significantly lower failure rate in the arm's microphone. Specifically, the cable that connects to this microphone has a high likelihood of being damaged after a number of opening and closing of the arm (which is usually close to the end of the warranty). So it's a no-go from me to Jabra, which despite knowing about this issue, continues to sell this specific model without providing any warranty extension or allowing the problematic replacement part to be purchased so that the user can replace it even at their own expense.

1. Very good range, in a 130sqm house they don't lose connection with the laptop via the dongle even if they are at opposite ends of the house.
2. Quality construction, soft cushions, perfect mute/unmute function with the movement of the microphone boom up and down.
3. Very good sound on Teams and other platforms, as well as my own voice according to feedback.
4. All buttons are ergonomically placed.
5. The application has many useful settings, many unnecessary ones for show, but overall very good on both PC and Android.
6. ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is very good for both speakers and microphone, although it cannot be adjusted like in other models.
7. Perfect compatibility with MS Teams (referring to the MS version I have).#Negative:
1. The case is very soft, made of fabric, which is not justified for the cost of the headphones. It needs to be handled with care because it won't protect against pressure. I will look for an aftermarket option.
2. When connecting directly to the laptop via Bluetooth without using the dongle, I notice a slightly shorter range (I expected the opposite due to the laptop's antenna) and some irregularities in reconnecting from mobile to laptop (seamless connection). It may be due to the Bluetooth version of my laptop.
3. If you are a user of simple lightweight on-ear headphones and switch to these, they may feel a bit heavy and put pressure on you. You will get used to it over time.
4. The material of the cushions makes the ears sweat a little after half an hour, but it is the price you pay for proper external sound isolation. I hope this phenomenon decreases in the winter.
The charging base is nothing special, but it will serve you well, and simple charging with USB Type-C will save you some money.Overall, the positives are significantly more important than the negatives. These are exceptional headphones that I recommend, although their cost may be a bit excessive.
