I use it for homemade bread dough with sourdough. I add up to 4 kilograms of flour + 2.8 kilograms of water + 600-800 grams of sourdough and make 3-4 large loaves in the homemade oven. In this container, the mixing and overall rising takes place. It is a very sturdy container for the weight of the dough I make and has enough height for its volume. It can also be placed in the refrigerator to allow the sourdough to "work" for a longer time.
