I bought the watch on 7/2022. A week ago, the battery died within half a day, I put it to charge, it turned on, and as soon as I took it off the charger, it turned off and never turned on again. I sent it to the official service at Smartek in Athens and they informed me that it needs a battery and a main board at a cost of €228!!! (I bought it for €190). I should note that if the battery is replaced, the waterproofing is also lost. I called Huawei's customer service asking if it is normal for it to need a battery after 2 years and if I am responsible because I accidentally submerged it in the sea just once with the watch, and the girl assured me that this could not cause the damage. It is unacceptable to spend so much money and then be asked for more to repair it without being informed about what caused it. Their response was that a technician checked it and found an electronic fault in the parts. I do not recommend it to anyone. There are cheaper and much better watches on the market. Disappointment!
