Graphics: The next-gen upgrade is worth mentioning. The game, although old, now looks very beautiful. Not so much the faces, but the world. The vegetation and especially the amazing weather changes with stunning sunsets. You can't help but admire as you progress and see the world. Ray tracing makes a difference but hampers the game in cutscenes. For graphics, there is the fidelity option.

Gameplay: It may have been top-notch in its time, but now it seems a bit outdated, especially the animations. It has good battles, but there have been better games in this aspect. There are countless things to do, just like in the first game, but they didn't add anything beyond interaction with the dual sense. I had forgotten how big and vast the game maps are. There is also a performance mode.

Story: Amazing with the most interesting side quests that have ever existed. Incredibly well-written characters and be careful with your choices for the end of the game. If you do everything, the game goes close to 150 hours.

Soundtrack: Top-notch with amazing themes like Kaer Morhen.

Overall: It is undoubtedly a top title. If you haven't played it, do it with your eyes closed and you are lucky for its story and world. Those who have played it will only see prettier graphics and nothing more. Definitely a good addition is the performance mode. I would give it 5 stars if they had tweaked the ancient gameplay a bit.

I have it since the PS4 era and I got the free upgrade to PS5 in December. Large world, many quests, interesting story. Once you learn how to play Gwent, it pulls you in so much that you forget about anything else. Equipment, upgrades, exploration, full version, a lot of content that lasts over 100 hours. Unfortunately, the ability for ng++ is missing, which means that you can play ng+ in a completed game while keeping your equipment and money, but you can't start a second ng plus as the game doesn't allow it and CDPR doesn't seem to be adding this feature in the foreseeable future.

On the PS5, there are 2 graphics modes, Ray tracing with impressive lighting that overwhelms the console due to inadequate parameterization, and performance 60fps which often drops in certain areas. It's worth its money, if CDPR fixes some technical issues, it will be one of the few flawless games that have been remastered.
