I have had it for about a month, at the cottage. I have cooked 2-3 times. Quite a good choice. However, it is expensive compared to a 6-liter Tefal, for example. Perhaps the company - Fissler - is worth its money. The employees would know better about that.
The quality of the pressure cooker seems to be quite good. It has an internal measuring scale from 1-6 liters, if I remember correctly. Since I am a vegetarian, I mainly cook legumes, where the booklet that comes with the pressure cooker states the cooking times. I found that peeled chickpeas, for example, take a little longer than what it says. The legumes, according to the booklet, take about 15-17 minutes.
Also, the booklet says that you should not fill the pressure cooker above 3 liters, including liquids, when cooking legumes; because the skins from the legumes block the air outlets.
Furthermore, I believe that the 6-liter pressure cooker is sufficient for 4 or even 5 people, which I calculate with 200 grams per serving.
Also, I have an enameled stove with three basic settings for the intensity of each burner. My kitchen is powerful, so the changes in the cooking indicator with the color functions happen quickly, and you need to be close to lower the intensity immediately to avoid going from green to red. That is, when from yellow, which is the first stage of heating, the green comes in, on my enameled stove, it almost immediately requires lowering to half, from 3 to 1.5 or even to 1.
Additionally, the pressure cooker has an extra insert metal container that can be used inside the cooker, for steaming vegetables, for example. I haven't tried that yet, but it is another capability of the pressure cooker.
It is made in Germany, as stated externally on the bottom.
Finally, I bought it relatively cheaply online from a store in Komotini, ElectroMarkt, and it arrived very quickly in the municipality of Domokos.
