Even at low speeds, the operating sound of the new ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable. Due to the sinusoidal magnetization, the new motor generates only about 5% of the vibrations from the commutation of a standard DC motor without a filter.

Excellent fans for the 3.5 euros they ask for + the fact that they can be adjusted to 1000 rotations per minute without making any noise, an excellent choice for someone who needs 3-4 pieces for their PC
I believe that if you could provide something extra for the fans, it would be good to do so. The temperatures are just okay, but they make a lot of noise
You can't call it quiet. It sounds a lot on full, but on half turns it still doesn't make its presence felt.
The airflow is good for its price, that's why the 4 stars though..
Unfortunately, it makes a lot of noise even at low speeds that I have it set to. When it stops, I can't even discuss it, it's like having bees, imagine having 2-3.
Since you are in this budget that you are looking at here, it's better to make a small upgrade and take a look at BQ Pure Wings2, it's day and night, not so much in performance but in sound.
If your computer is in a noisy room, like a shop, get them, but if you work in a quiet room at night, etc., look at some others.
Although it advertises Fluid Dynamic bearing, it is not silent. The airflow is moderate, but it gets the job done. Just lower the speed if you are looking for a truly silent system. Where Arctic disappointed me is in the quality. Out of stupidity, while trying to extend the cable, I reversed the power and ground. I have done it before, maybe that's why I was careless. But it was the first time that a fan burned out because of it. Whenever I made this mistake in the past, the fan simply wouldn't start. Here, it died within seconds, a sign that Arctic has cut corners to offer it at a low price.
While at first it seemed to me that it is a very good fan for its price, now after about a year, 2 out of 4 fans have started making an incredibly annoying noise coming from the motor. I disconnected them and ultimately regretted not spending an extra 5-10 euros on each for a more reliable solution.
Edit: Eventually, all the fans broke. Disappointed and I would not recommend it unless it is a last resort solution with plans for a quick replacement.
You can't call it silent, but it's not so noisy that it's annoying. Personally, I have no problem even when I leave it on at night to sleep, but it might bother those who want a silent computer.
I put 5 of these fans in the system, saw a 14-degree difference in the processor and 7 degrees in the graphics card, they provide fantastic airflow.
Recommended!
Very good fan. I have placed it in front to blow air inside in order to cool both the disks and it manages much better compared to an older one I had. Also, I should mention that it is indeed quiet even at maximum speeds. A very good choice.
I have 6 of these fans and they are simply among the best I have seen (I don't find them noisy, although this is a personal opinion I believe) (I have them on a fan controller and they work at 50% with satisfactory cooling)
I have 6 of these fans. After 2 months, I have to say that I am extremely satisfied! Very powerful, high airflow, and great quality! I have connected 4 of them to a fan controller, and the other 2 run at full speed. The only downside is that they make quite a bit of noise, to the point where you wouldn't want to leave your PC on at night (if you want to sleep peacefully). But when I use the other 4 fans at low speeds, you can't hear them at all. Now, why did I give them 5 stars? Because my main goal is to keep my PC cool NO MATTER WHAT. And these fans achieve that perfectly. Since I wear a headset when I play, I don't really care about the noise.

I bought 6 fans for 3 reasons: 1- affordable price (€3.11 each). 2- high cfm (airflow). 3- 6-year warranty (2 from the seller + 4 from the company). They really do a great job and I would say without "noise". The 26db inside the case are not very audible. If someone wants, they can install a fan controller, adjust it to 1000rpm (about 20db/50cfm), and it's done.
4 stars because I would prefer the cable to be sleeved.
I have had it for a year in the power supply. It works flawlessly. It makes a slight noise which is not at all annoying and if you are focused on the PC, it is not even noticeable. The airflow is very good. For the 3.5 euros I got it for, it is perfect.
I bought one to replace the fan on the power supply. Everything is fine, but it seemed a bit noisy at full speed.
I can't complain about what I bought here two months ago. It comes and goes with a lot of air, but it's not quiet... It's the only thing that can be heard on my PC, since the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is completely silent and this fan produces all the noise
I bought 2 and they made a difference. Very good performance depending on the temperature (they have their own sensor) and relatively quiet (personally, because I have done a lot of OC, I have 4 fans+PSU/CPU Fan working at full speed, so there is definitely some noise but nothing unbearable for the performance I gain). If one considers their price, they are among the best choices.

It matches perfectly with a white PC. For its price, it is good but the PMW version would be better
Good value for money
I bought 6 of them, I mounted them to play continuously at 5v. They have good airflow and they don't make any noise.
Very good fan, I have had it for 5 years, good airflow and good noise level for the price!!
Good for the performance they deliver but very noisy
