The jacket is worth every penny of the money I paid for it (370€) and more. Before this, I had a Macna 4-season jacket and a Revit 4-season jacket (which I still have). The Dainese jacket is warmer than both of them. At a temperature of 6 degrees Celsius (L. Mesogeion - Ag. Paraskevi), you feel a slight chill, but that's about it. It didn't let anything through in light rain, I just shook it off and everything was fine. The neck is its biggest advantage. I used the same back protector that I had for the Revit, so it fits perfectly. The overall fit is very good. At 370, you can buy it without hesitation and have it for 5+ years.

So, the question at the store was:
"I don't want to wear waterproof clothes. I want a jacket that can withstand rain for as long as you're outside. Sometimes, maybe even 10 hours."

The person immediately suggested this specific jacket, which was tested on the same day at 8 degrees, with strong wind and heavy rain for 3 hours.

1) Cold protection.
If you don't get the matching pants that go with the jacket, it's better to leave it and look elsewhere. The wind will pass through and you will feel cold. If you have 230€ for the pants, then we can discuss it if you read below.

2) Ideal weather conditions for use.
Here it is important to mention the use towards the outside temperature. When it's above 13 degrees and you're wearing a short-sleeved shirt, you'll be comfortable. It's good to remove the inner lining above these temperatures as it gets quite warm. Therefore, it's best to have the jacket only for winter. It has no problem with wind, etc. as it fits nicely.

3) Rain.
Here I will mention what happened to me. In heavy rain, after 2 hours, my hands from the elbows down were wet. Yes, it was rainwater. I suspect that water passed through the wrist area. The scooter had gloves, and even with my own invention of a double inner bag (Tucano gloves for 65€ that attach to the mirrors), water still got in. I don't know what kind of waterproofing this supposed membrane has, but I definitely wouldn't buy this jacket again for rain protection. The two outer pockets are indeed 100% waterproof.

4) Ideal use.
If you buy the pants, which have a zipper closure, it responds perfectly to the cold. You won't feel that it's cold outside. The pants are 100% waterproof, and it's only worth buying the jacket in combination with them. Otherwise, because it's short, you will feel cold at the bottom as it's a bit short and lets the wind pass through, as mentioned above.

Overall, I consider it a good jacket, but for 200 to 250€ and not the 400-500€ it currently has as I'm writing this.

If you want something for cold combined with rain, try Goretex pro or Arctic and you will remember me. Because I recently tried it, it surpasses even the most demanding user in the Alps. Greece is small compared to what it can offer.

Good jacket, but for its price (even at the reduced price of 370) you have high expectations. From my (limited) experience with it:

Positives: Overall quality construction, very nice looking, size between 3/4 and short, goretex inner membrane, practical collar, many ventilation openings (arms, chest, back), practical large back pocket.

Negatives: Very short inner thermal lining (I felt cold in the middle while the rest of my body was fine), practically useless external pockets (very small, can't even fit a 6'' phone), difficult zipper pulls.

I should mention that the Goretex membrane (perhaps the jacket's biggest advantage) is internal and not externally bonded (laminated). Therefore, the outer fabric will get wet in heavy rain and water may seep in at certain points where the internal goretex membrane doesn't cover (such as the collar and sleeve ends). Of course, this applies to all jackets that don't have an externally laminated waterproof membrane, regardless of the type. The counterargument, of course, is that for laminated goretex, you would have to pay at least 500.

Great luck because it was unique in my size, resulting in me buying it for 370 euros. Let's move on to the important things about its quality. Its fit is incredible in the right places and in the right way to function and provide support. It has plenty of ideal pockets. I wore it and my body warmed up. It doesn't feel cold, the only small disadvantage is that you don't feel the same warmth around the waist as you do in the rest of the jacket, obviously at the point where it connects to the pants. I haven't tested it in the rain, so there will be an update. You can find a good jacket that is cheaper, but in my opinion, the quality of Dainese is hard to achieve. In conclusion, if its performance in the rain is as good as it is in the cold, get it with your eyes closed, if you find it at a good price. It will impress you if you are new to Dainese and it will satisfy you greatly, confirming your trust in Dainese for those familiar with the products of this specific company.
Update: After heavy rain, the rain test was also conducted. 35 minutes of travel on the highway, with a shirt underneath, not a single drop got through! It's worth it!

The jacket is top-notch for this price. There's no discussion if someone has to spend around €470 to buy it, to go to another company. Sturdy, warm, and high-quality. The 4 stars are for the only drawback I found, which is the following: In a driving position (and not in an upright position), the jacket's "collar" rises with the movement of the arms, as the shoulders also rise, resulting in being a little annoying on the rider's neck when closed with the Velcro fastening it has. In an upright position, it doesn't bother at all.

Great jacket, very well-designed, excellent fit on you with emphasis on detail. But it's worth its money. Waterproof pockets, zippered vents in several areas where the body gets warm. Waist tightening straps. Overall, the jacket is top-notch, it even has extra insulation around the neck to prevent cold from getting in.

I just bought it and I can say it's excellent. One and a half hours under torrential rain and not a drop of water passed through. The Gore-Tex membrane is worth every extra euro in its cost. It connected perfectly with the corresponding pants. It is ergonomic, I feel the protectors sitting exactly where they should be, it is warm, the collar on the neck closes effectively without letting water in. The new Velcro used by Dainese is perfect. I easily adjusted it on the sleeves and waist. Very important, it has zippers on the sleeves, my previous jacket didn't have them and it was an issue.
Regarding someone else's review. The jacket accepts chest protectors. It's a bit funny, because while the receptacle is immediately visible from one side, from the other side you have to search under the thermal lining. However, it's there! Dainese doesn't make such mistakes!
UPDATE 12/26/2020, Unfortunately, it does not accept chest protection, unless someone can fit an aftermarket one, which, however, will not cover under the chest. For the rest, I continue to declare myself extremely satisfied. Finally, the vents on the chest and armpits are worth every penny. They are affordable and user-friendly enough to open and close them even while in motion. Perfect!

The jacket is one of the best in its category.. It works well in cold weather and during travel.. For cold weather, I believe it needs to be below zero for you to feel it. It is obviously waterproof and sturdy on whoever wears it! It is of excellent quality and durability.
