It is of mild intensity so it relaxes you without causing pain. It shuts off after 15 minutes like all others in its category, you leave it for 5 minutes and you can turn it back on. It is powered by electricity so what you will love is that it comes with a travel charger yes but also with a car charger so you can massage your waist or neck while driving!
