It is a trimmer with a small head, which means that you use it AFTER SHAVING, instead of using a razor blade, you can nicely use this tool, which you forget to charge and you're good to go in a minute.
Now, if the guys are trying to trim their mustache directly with this (the negative comments), it's like trying to use a razor blade directly, my little friends. The purpose of the machine is different and it shows from its head. Tremendous for the PURPOSE IT HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR and incredible quality and construction.

For anyone who has normal mustache, it doesn't work now if you have sparse mustache it may do the job for you.. it is difficult to get the mustache and you have to pass the same spot many times.. it doesn't have power like a machine

It could have been a game for kids. The head is so small that you laugh at what it produces. It doesn't give a close shave at all. I don't see myself keeping it for long because it will definitely break within 3 months. Another failed purchase.
