I installed two, one 9000 and one 12000 btu, both worked immediately without any problems. The 9000 that I measured set to 28 (I experimented with 27 and 26 as well) with an outside temperature of 32 degrees consumes initially 850 watts with a continuous downward trend, and when it reaches the room temperature of 28, it drops to half the watts, I saw it stable at 70 watts while the outdoor unit had stopped. The house is not insulated; in an insulated house, when it reaches the temperature, I believe it will continuously be below 100 watts. In Eco mode, it consumed a steady 750 watts. The ionizer did not seem to increase the consumption. In 6.4 hours, it consumed 2462 watts. Silent inside and quiet outside. A silent floor fan is needed; the difference between day and night is significant, and you can thus reduce consumption by raising the setting.

It caused damage to L3 during installation, I expect the warranty to cover the costs of uninstallation and reinstallation. 1 month later, after 2 visits from the official service, the air conditioner still doesn't work, purchased on June 9th and July 12th and still not working.

I bought it, the technician installed it, and it immediately had an L3 problem and an issue with the compressor fan. If possible, stay away from this new product and save yourself the 350 euros for the technician, as it was a waste of money

Very good, internally quiet externally makes moderate noise... the WiFi works perfectly. Very good for its money.

I bought it because I wanted an air conditioner with an ionizer at a reasonable price, and this one has an ionizer. The price for 18,000 Btu is very good. Its plastics are of good quality and do not produce any noise. The blinds do not move horizontally, although there is a corresponding button on the control. They are adjusted mechanically. The outdoor and indoor units are quiet. The fan has 6 speeds, Auto and turbo. I have not tried it for heating. Negatives: It only has a 2-year warranty. Service is ONLY available in Athens. There is no support in the provinces and in Thessaloniki. If it breaks, repair will be a big problem. The air conditioner is made in China. I give it three stars due to the non-existent technical support. Whether it is of good quality will be shown over time.
