It doesn't reach the maximum output of 45 watts on Samsung S23 Ultra. The same happens to me with the Samsung Trio USB-C that I bought for the exact same reason, and it also only reached 35 watts. With a charger from another company and the same cable, I normally get 45 watts.

To charge the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes from 18% to 100%. The battery is 4500 mah. The phone recognized the charging as extremely fast charging without increased temperatures, both for the phone and the charger. The charger is bigger and heavier than the regular, classic Samsung chargers. It does its job quickly and correctly without any issues or malfunctions. Satisfied.

From the few 65W chargers on the market. My phone (S22 Ultra) recognizes it and displays "Super Fast Charging 2.0," but I have no opinion on how much faster the charging is compared to a much cheaper 25W one. I was slightly annoyed by the loose packaging (see image) and the fact that it does not come with a cable (it requires a special high-power cable).
