    The pot is top-notch! Food doesn't stick and it cooks evenly! It also requires good maintenance! No scrubbing with the rough side of the sponge and no steel wool! Regarding a comment below, dude, how many scratches have you made on it? You have ruined the coating

    After a year of use and wanting to roast a roll, pieces started to come off the bottom without even reaching high temperatures. Signs on the enamel started to appear from the first uses and in general, I didn't use it at high temperatures. 9 out of 10 times I made pasta and sauces there instead of braising or baking. Supposedly, this cookware is for roasting and high temperatures in the oven.
