Description

The book by Lawyer and former Prosecutor Konstantinos Logothetis reveals a shocking truth buried for decades, highlighting the Panagratidis case for the first time from its purely judicial perspective.

Unknown documents and evidence from the pretrial and the trial itself are presented, even with photographic representation, which for obvious reasons have been kept in the dark until now and include: Complete judicial indifference to the abuse of the suspect, police officers who "agree" with the sole eyewitness to identify the "dragon", prosecutors who collaborate in staged representations, a court that persistently and methodically refuses to even hear exculpatory evidence for the accused or to satisfy obvious requests from his lawyers, but also the (also unknown) retaliatory prosecutions of the same lawyers after the trial are just a few of the written evidence of how Justice, with the same acts and omissions, led the case to this tragedy.

Finally, the magnitude of the tragedy is confirmed by the verbatim citation of the "disappeared" minority minutes, with which the entire police and judicial construction that was built on the back of the unfortunate "Aristos" is fully pulverized by a judge of the court's composition, in order to satisfy temporary political and police objectives, against which the life of an abandoned poor child had no value.

Review this product
  • Documented with rich research material and a narrative flow that is easy to read. A special edition for a case that shocked the public, and it seems that I may have sent an innocent person to the other world. Definitely worth our attention.
