It makes my hair very greasy. The smell is bad. I got it as a supplement because the main product that works on my hair for a serious flaking condition is expensive. When I finish the treatment with the dercos, the problem returns. I will probably continue to buy other brands because I still haven't found anything for maintenance that satisfies me.

Test from an advertisement. Seborrheic dermatitis in remission. It probably does a very good job on flakes, itchiness, etc. BUT Personally, its smell is unbearable. Ideally, if you have to apply it to areas on the face where you also have the condition, e.g. mustache, the situation is intolerable. Due to the sulfur it contains, it smells awful. Something like burnt hair that doesn't go away at all. I washed myself with a strongly scented shampoo for women to get rid of it, but nothing, it takes time. I would try it again only in desperate situations
I have a serious problem with my hair since I was little. Oily scalp, dandruff, atopic dermatitis on my face, resulting in itchiness and redness on my scalp. I have tried almost all shampoos.
With regular shampoo for oily hair, my scalp doesn't stay clean even for a day. Every night, my hair needs to be washed because it becomes excessively oily, resulting in intense itchiness on the same day.
If I try other specific therapeutic shampoos for dandruff, dermatitis, and oily hair, my scalp needs to be washed every day. For example, if I wash my hair on Monday night, by Wednesday afternoon my scalp needs to be washed again. This has been (and probably was) my solution for years. Lately, even this type of shampoo hasn't been helpful.

Having tried countless products, I can confidently say that this and Sandal are the only shampoos that actually had visible results in reducing and eventually eliminating scalp dryness from the very first wash. I now use them almost interchangeably and have completely gotten rid of this problem. Its smell is not particularly pleasant (maybe slightly worse than Sandal, which smells like bitter almond), but it is tolerable and you get used to it after a few uses. Unfortunately, it does not work well on dyed hair and as far as I know, there is no product in this line that protects the color. Also, be aware that this shampoo is only effective as long as you use it. If you switch back to regular shampoo, the problem will reappear.
I buy it and will continue to do so until I find a product that is equally effective with color protection and a better scent.

It does the job regarding oiliness. Two days without oiliness. However, the smell is terrible and for this reason, I will not buy it again.

It is the best product for dandruff.
Suddenly last year, I developed dry skin and intense dandruff that persisted no matter which shampoos I tried from the market. I visited the Syngros Hospital and there my dermatologist recommended that I try only this product. Although skeptical, from the second wash I saw a big difference. I first wash my hair with a regular shampoo at the beginning. Rinse. Then I put a dose of DERCOS in my hands and rub vigorously to create foam (it is not easy to apply it directly to the hair). And then I spread it on the roots of my hair and my eyebrows (as I also had dandruff there). You should leave the shampoo on the problematic areas for 3 minutes to take effect. So, at the same time, I put the shampoo on the roots, the hair mask on the ends, and leave the products for 5 minutes. And then I rinse!!
My friends tried it too and it has worked wonders for all of them from the first washes!
P.S.: Prefer this packaging with the pump, so as not to waste more product than you need. If you rinse first with regular shampoo and remember to activate the foam first and then apply, one package will last for a year.
