The beekeeping process is entirely conducted by the Seferidis family in the region of Philippi, Kavala. With over 60 years of experience, the Seferidis family has tradition and expertise in honey production, resulting in honey that has its own identity, reflecting the passion of the traditional beekeeper.

The bee foraging locations extend beyond the Philippi area, to Thassos and the foothills of Rodopi, depending on the season and the nectar sources. The honey from Philippi is primarily dark-colored pine honey, aimed at preventing crystallization. The entire process is carried out at low temperatures, ensuring the preservation of all the nutrients in this superfood of the Greek land.

The beekeeping process is a manual art, and economies of scale cannot be created, so larger quantities do not bring reduced prices.
