Good product with a pleasant taste, ideal for workout time, especially with ice. I combine it with beta-alanine and add a little more l-citrulline and the results are spectacular. The combination really takes the product to another level. It doesn't cause me any issues either on its own or with the combination I make.

Full amino acid profile, easily dissolves without leaving residue in the shaker, and the green apple flavor is amazing with ice water! If someone wants to use them as pre-workout or during exercise, I would recommend turning to a product specifically for this purpose as the amount of caffeine per dose is very small to provide anything more than a sense of energy.
