Charles IV has just been crowned King of Bohemia and ruler of the Holy Roman Empire. From his castle in Prague, he oversees the construction of new projects: bridges over the Vltava River, universities, cathedrals, and of course, the castle walls. Prague is now one of the largest cities in Europe. And the King intends to make it the capital of the greatest empire. Using the six actions on the board, players will try to gain new resources and invest them in the construction projects.
