The drill driver from Raider operates with a 12 Volt battery. It is suitable for both screwing - unscrewing, as well as for drilling holes in wood, metal, and various other construction materials.
It has the ability to adjust the rotation speed depending on the task (low speed for screwing, higher for wall drilling, maximum for concrete drilling).
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I was looking for a simple amateur drill with 2 batteries and a torque of 24N. Some well-known brands cost over 100 euros. Other cheaper unknown brands were around 70 euros. For 30 euros less, I wouldn't choose a random unknown brand. Until I came across the raider for 40 euros (!) and decided to take the risk. Now I feel like a winner.
The first and main job (the reason I bought it) was assembling a large metal garden shed. Two days of continuous work. Countless screws, several holes in 0.4mm sheet metal with self-drilling screws, and some screws in concrete. It worked great. The batteries lasted half a day. By the time one was finished, the other was fully charged. I only had to charge each one once. You can also adjust the screwing torque.
The only thing it couldn't do as a tool was fully screw in some large anchors in concrete. It's understandable since I bought a 24N torque (I solved the problem with a wrench). Also, a bit that I constantly used got damaged, but I continued my work with another similar one from the package.
Since then, I have used the tool for small tasks at home. Regardless, it has already paid off and continues to do so. The Bulgarians (it is a Bulgarian company) have proven to be reliable. I don't know if it will withstand the test of time as I have had it for almost a year. But like I said, it cost me 39.90 euros with two batteries and some bits and drills included in the package.
